Our dumpster was not empty when it arrived. The driver seemed surprised when he saw and said this sometimes happens. I hope I do not get charged if it was considered toxic. Otherwise the drivers were prompt and professional.

Tried to use the 10% discount code from a previous order and it did NOT work.

Frustrated but Satisfied with the Equipment Delivered. Delivery of the roll-off dumpster was easy to schedule, and the equipment and driver were quick and professional. Scheduling pickup was more of a nightmare. The lady on the telephone would not commit as to when the equipment would be picked up. She sounded disinterested and distracted, and she could have cared less that I needed the spaced for other deliveries for my construction project. ASAP is not open on weekends, but they give you the option of sending a text to schedule pickup, which I sent on Saturday morning. I never received confirmation from the text. On Sunday, I wound up filling out a form on the internet to schedule pickup, to which I did receive a computer generated response that they received my request for pickup. Because Sunday was the 4th of July, Monday was a holiday. I finally was finally able to with a lady on Tuesday, the 5th. She acted like she was not aware of my Saturday message, and she responded that "we are not open on the weekend." It was a text, and that should have stopped the clock for the number of days they charged for. It didn't stop the clock. I still haven't received a final invoice. Again, the driver was professional, and the equipment delivered met my needs perfectly. I received a text that I was scheduled for pickup on the day of pickup; however, no one would give me a window of time for pickup, Frustrated but satisfied.

It was delivered and was great. The only reason I didn't give it all of the stars is because its still st our house!

I was in a bind and needed a portable toilet for a crew coming to our house. Michael was able to source one and have it to me with just a day's delay. Every time I have called customer service they have been honest, and followed up with my request. Only 4 stars because the company that provided the toilet through ASAP has been stringing me along as far as picking it up. I understand they are short-handed, but ASAP hasn't been able to get them to do so. They have not serviced the toilet, and I believe it was delivered unserviced. Separate entity, but I'd rather ASAP said we can't get you one. The men on the job wouldn't use it because it was gross. My neighbors who were having 4th of July parties were complaining to me and there was nothing ASAP could do. I still have it sitting in our driveway.

Very easy ordering process. Everything was self explanatory. looking forward to delivery and pick up for a better rating.
