Dumpster was not delivered when stated on Friday. Spoke with Operation Mgr on Saturday and could not guarantee delivery for Mon, but said he would give a good discount (which he did not). No confirmation of delivery for Monday but did finally receive but should have been there on Thursday when ordered on Tuesday...Very disappointed and poor communication

I have left numerous messages for an ASAP customer service to call me during the past two weeks. No one returned my calls & texts. Now, my trash can has been removed by the company. WHY??? Suggestion: hire more customer representatives. You get only two stars because the truck driver is always nice.

The price was competitive compared to other companies. I finished the order but it has been several days and I am yet to receive any confirmation by email or phone of my order (I check my Junk mailbox every day too). I have no idea if my order was received or if my request can be accommodated. I plan to call today. If I can't reach anyone, I'll have to go with another vendor.

It is hard to plan to hire people to empty your home when the time window provided to get a dumpster is a twelve hour window for delivery of a dumpster. And on top of that when I reserved it I had to pay up front and was told the dumpster would be here on a Friday. Then I get a call and am told it would not be here until the following Wednesday, not forgetting there is a twelve hour delivery window. I would hope ASAP Site Services could provide a better time window. Who wants to start emptying their home if the dumpster doesn't arrive until 9:00 p.m.

The company name was left off of the contract. I sent an email this morning about having it corrected, no Reply. I called the ASAP Site Services telephone number and spoke to a women that transferred me customer service---after ten minutes on hold, I hung up. i still need the company name on the contract.

Disappointed in the service. My trash has not been picked up 2 of the last 4 weeks. The two weeks it was picked up, it was on Friday, not my scheduled day of Thursday. Was told the change over has been an issue but was not offered any discount or assurance this problem would be straightened out. It is not good business to pass off your issues to paying customers. I’m paying full price for half the service.

The only reason I was dissatisfied with the company is the price. Of course that's not their fault. I failed to get estimates. Having no knowledge in advance, I didn't know the price was high. The next roll-away I ordered was one third the price. That's a huge difference.

Customer service was great, receiving potty services was awful, put me in a stressful situation. Discount should be applied due to late services. Had to call supervisor.
