Ordered a port-a-potty for a family function and they never delivered it.

I booked an upscale portable restroom trailer from Arwood Waste for my wedding. They were extremely difficult to work with, which should have gave me warning that they would not show when it came to delivery day. The 6 months leading up to the wedding I had asked for pictures of the interior of the trailer so I could make sure it was what I was looking for. I got several rude and helpful responses from their team, telling me that they could not send me photos and expressing annoyance in me asking for them. After several email exchanges I called the company and spoke to someone who sent me some pictures, all was good so I went ahead and booked them. The week leading up to the wedding I called several times to get a time frame of when they would get delivered. The night before delivery someone finally told me it would be between the hours of 7am-noon. On delivery day I got a call at 10am and they told me THEY DID NOT HAVE A TRAILER AND WOULD NOT BE COMING. The man said he had been working on getting the trailer working for several days (it had an electrical problem) but they could not fix it. They should have called me sooner so I could make other arrangements. I had 200 people showing up for an 8 hour event and no bathrooms. He suggested regular porta potty options that were not comparable, but those were the only options available since it was a busy weekend in June and everyone within a 4 hour radius of us had their luxury porta potty trailers completely booked out. I would never work with this company again and highly advise everyone else to find other options for your needs. This company is completely unreliable and they have poor customer service.

Called a month before needing unit. Was assured that one would be delivered to my area that they even deliver to Canada. Advise to pace order closer to date needed. Order was placed. At the time of need, was told Iwas out of service area and they were overbooked.

Called and rented 2 portable toilets 4 days before wedding reception. NEVER DELIVERED said they emailed me the next day to cancel because of low supply. LIARS - never got an email should have called the 2 phone numbers i gave them - would have given me 3 full days to find them elsehere. Really F_____ up my reception - NOT A WELL RUN COMPANY!!!

Horrible experience. Got Confirmation on Monday for a 20 yard dumpster, they contact me on thurs, day before delivery advising they don't have the dumpster available. Offered me a smaller one, (Not much price difference) and stated they could deliver the next day if I let them know by 1pm. Replied at 10:20 am, to go with the smaller one. (I didn't have any other choice), followed back up that afternoon. They gave it to someone else, and asked me to wait till the next week. That was two confirmed time frames they were unable to deliver on. Finding another dumpster on short notice wasn't easy. Luckily I found one for next day delivery, and also at HALF the COST!!! This company has poor processes that result in poor customer experiences. If you have a schedule to follow, don't put yourself in a bad position with this group!

Cancelled at 445a in the morning with a text message, oops we double booked call our competitor.

Cancelled at the last minute. Said they were “overbooked”. Unbelievably rude when I called to inquire how they could cancel on me. Find a new contractor by all means.

We contracted with this business for an event. They did not have the units that they contracted to deliver. Said they were working on it, then breached the contract a few days before the event leaving us to scramble to find a reputable business. I will be happy to upload a copy of the contract that they did not uphold their end of the deal on.
