Great customer service, and very helpful with explanations of prices and delivery options.

I talked on the phone. Our location is very difficult to get to the first time. The agent made sure that we got the truck to the front gate where there is a guard gate. The back gate has only a key card to get in, and no guard. Don't ask me why the GPS maps send people to the back gate?? I think it's closer from the North. Then it says "some roads restricted". I am hoping the driver has an easy time getting there. Thank you & Happy Thanksgiving

We needed port-a-potties in a jiffy. I actually spoke with 2 service agents: (Kristen?) and Veronica - both we very helpful and eased my craziness at the time of order :) The delivery was smooth (and earlier than expected - a plus!) and the units were clean. This company is great! Awesome customer service and I love their website. Easy to order! My first order was a porta-potty for our open house this year, and then ordered another one for our open house next year. Plus, I just ordered and had a dumpster delivered for our home to clean up a barn/yard removal. The delivery driver was great. Placed it right where I wanted and answered all my questions. I will continue to order products and services from this company. I highly recommend them!
