We had a restroom trailer booked for our wedding six months in advance and they cancelled on us two days before delivery. They cancelled because they couldn’t get their trailer insured in time and said they were very sorry about it but there is nothing they can do. They only had one answer on repeat from all their customer service staff and they simply wouldn’t help us with alternative options or anything. It just seemed like they didn’t care. They couldn’t get the paperwork on time even though we booked it six months ahead of time and confirmed several times after that. For them it was just another unhappy customer and the loss was only $2,000 but for use we now have 2 days to figure out alternatives for our wedding. Morally it is very wrong for a business to not think twice about a customer. If you read this just keep it mind that their service may work out great if everything goes well but if they drop the ball, all they say is here is your money back and you’re stuck with an unreliable vendor. Nothing is worse that an unreliable vendor for wedding commitments. If you want peace of mind do not hire them!

Ordered a 30 yd roll-off, had to settle for a twenty yd because of space constraints. Was quoted the price of $718.34 for a 30 yd. That was paid on June 4, 2018. I have sent the screenshots of the bank transaction. Since then I have received various late, outstanding and unpaid bill claims. These bills range anywhere from $75.00, $462.03, and $972.93. They tell me that they don’t want to escalate this problem if I will just pay the agreed upon price. I HAVE PAID THE AGREED UPON PRICE AND THEN SOME! I’m VERY SURE that there is a price difference between the 30 yd and 20 yd. This is the worst business experience I have ever been through. NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! NO STARS. Thank you for your answer. First I did not receive a receipt outlining ANY hidden charges. Was negotiated over the phone with your Florida office. The quote of $718.34 was what was given to me on a 30 YARD DUMPSTER. There was no discount. I got a 20 YARD DUMPSTER! I HAVE PAID THE AGREED UPON PRICE!!! How much do you charge for a THIRTY YARD DUMPSTER?? Not to mention, it was only on my property for FOUR days!

We ordered a 3-stall restroom trailer for Wyoming. It never arrived. We ordered it months in advance. We called them the week it was scheduled to arrive, and the person on the phone rudely told us that we should relax, that Arwood does this all the time and there was nothing to worry about. It was supposed to arrive on a Friday, but did not. We tried calling them on Friday, and then Saturday, but no answer. They never returned our calls. They never called to apologize or tell us what happened. In the end, on that Saturday, we had to scramble to order porta-potties at the last minute...ON OUR WEDDING DAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unreliable and terrible with customer service. EDIT: Just replying to Arwood's reply that claimed that my wife and I have this company confused with another, it was Arwood. The account was under Kate S. We have a booking confirmation email on 1/22/18 from Tonisha that was signed with your contact number and web address. Not to mention, we called you to confirm and all seemed like things were good to go, so I don't know what happened. PS: Not sure who that other Brian is that you googled, but a big congrats to him on his wedding! I hope he and his new husband are very happy together.

Two weeks after I ordered my portable toilet, they sent an email (that went to junk) adding $150 on for transportation and saying they wouldn't deliver until I confirmed. Notably, they'd had the address for all that time. I finally figured out that I needed to call...and did. They sent another email. I called back and confirmed with a person. They called again and said I needed to confirm. I called back and confirmed. They left a voicemail. I called back, and confirmed AGAIN. The day before the wedding, the toilet was to be delivered. IT NEVER WAS!!! NEVER, EVER do business with this group.

Ordered a dumpster online to be delivered 8/13. They called the morning of scheduled delivery and told me that it would be two more days before they could deliver. I cancelled the order and they insisted on charging me a $50 cancellation fee. I cancelled due to them being unable to fulfill the order. I tried reasoning with them but they absolutely insisted on charging me the fee. I will never, ever do business with them again. Ridiculous and awful customer service!

I was told that the unit would be delivered. I was charged but no unit was delivered.

Don't bother. They wont deliver when they say, charge more than they say, don't pick up when they say

I will never use this company again. We rented a dumpster for a total of 40 days. They billed me almost 3 weeks after the dumpster was picked up for $1300 more than what I actually owed. A couple days after receiving invoice and speaking with the local waste company, I called to get invoice corrected and 2 days in a row got no one on the phone. I finally spoke to robin on a Thursday, and twice on Friday and was told both times she would speak to a supervisor however my call was never returned. That Saturday, only 7 days after receiving invoice through email, I was sent an email telling me they would begin the lien process due to me not paying my bill. I’m not sure what they were trying to put a lien on however. I called again on the next Monday tues and Wednesday. Several times each day. Each time I was told they would correct bill and send me new invoice. Robin and Danielle are the ones I spoke too each time. On Wednesday they sent me another bill saying I owed an additional 12 days rent!!!! Finally spoke to Ylada and had my invoice corrected immediately, the 12 day invoice was taken off my acct. However they were still trying to charge me for not paying my invoice sooner despite spending an entire week of trying to pay it. No one in their right mind would pay $2000 for a dumpster when they only owe $600. Ylada was able to speak to account manager and they said they would drop the charge if I paid my bill immediately. Lol we rent about 20 dumpsters a yr for our jobs and will absolutely never ever use arwood again! It was close to impossible to get anyone to help me. And very frustrating getting threatening lien emails due to not paying an invoice within 7 days after they took 3 weeks to get me a final invoice!
