These guys dropped the ball, tried to blame it on me and did not show up to my job site like they were supposed to. On top of that, they jacked up the price after we already agreed upon a price. I WILL NEVER USE THEM. Now my job is going to be behind several days. Incredibly unhappy with the service and the rude toned phone operator that I had to deal with.

Terrible service! I have tried 5 times to get a copy of my receipt for a reimbursement and every time they have sent the incorrect one. I just spoke with Danielle in the billing department and she was extremely rude, making me feel like it is my fault. I will never use nor recommend this company.

I found them online and thought they were local. Price was twice what a local company would have charged. They only rented the Porta potty for my work site from the local place and doubled the price that they charged me. Rip off. Check your local companies first.

Do not use these guys.. I rented a portable toilet for a reunion. We called and had it picked up early. This was in July. It is now mid November and they say I owe them almost 2 thousand dollars because we didn’t call to have the unit picked up. The person on the phone was rude when I called and asked them about it. She said she had to get word back from dispatch and would call me back. Still no call back and yet another bill. Stay away!

We had to call to get our toilet serviced. in the contract they were suppose to be serviced every week, during a four week rental they were out to service twice, and then recommended that we need more units. toilet were schedule to be picked up at the end of our four week rental, they were not, and I was invoiced the again the day after for another month. I called three day in advance to make sure they would be picked up and the service was done, had to leave a message, I then sent two more emails requesting the same and no response. called again two weeks later and left a message. I received a call back from some one who proceeded to tell me that I would be charged for the extra days. Totally unaccepted to do business in this manner. I will not call in the future no recommend to anyone.

Terrible. I ordered a potty for my wedding 4 months in advance and spoke to them on the phone multiple times and my ports potty just never showed up and they never took money out of my account and no one could be reached when my wedding day came and I had no potty. NEVER USE THESE GUYS SUCH SCAMS

Bad customer service. The sales person mumbled and was rude. Sorry I called and bugged you about using your services.

I was given a quote on Oct. 2nd and again on Oct 23rd.of $192.97. Now, I get notice of a price increase on Oct. 26th when my unit was to be delivered on Oct. 29th. The price increase was $300.00 bringing my total to $492.97. The increase they say is due to fuel, service and mileage. I was only using it for 2 weeks for my hunting crew of 3 men and they would be in the woods most of the time, so very little usage. I specifically asked Hannah on Oct. 2nd if there would be any additional cost due to delivery or distance and I was told no. Bekah told me the same thing on the 23rd. and then called with a price increase on the 26th. There was no willingness on her part to honor the original agreement and she had already received payment from my debit card on the 23rd. The drop site is only 20 miles from Gunnison so how can a $300.00 price increase even be fair business. Major dissatisfaction. Major rip off. 1 Star is too many as far as I am concerned.
