I ordered the dumpster for a Tuesday and it came on Wednesday. They said it would be picked up the following Monday and it was picked up Tuesday. I think it would be easier to directly deal with a local company rather than use a "middle man."

The process of placing an order online was simple and easy. The delivery was stressful. We were informed it would be delivered on Monday, and received a call on Monday to confirm our delivery. We confirmed, but were told it needed to be confirmed by the person who will be on site receiving the delivery. The person on site called to confirm and was placed on hold immediately after the call was answered. After having to call 3 times, and having been placed on hold for 30 minutes, the on site person finally requested not to be placed on hold again, as we were only confirming the order. The order was finally confirmed. It is stressful to be placed on hold for a long period of time without any explanations.

I was told it would be here on Thursday, it came Friday. I paid extra to have the hand sanitizer unit, it came without one!

Needed a portable toilet quick and most website are just resellers for local places, as is this company. Looking back, I should have looked harder to find a local company, as it is $100 cheaper. My fault for not looking harder. My issue is that it look longer than it should have and when I called the rep transferred me to a voicemail and I didn't get a call back till the next week, after it had already been delivered. Next time I'll just find a local company.

Customer service is friendly. I have been frustrated with the billing system. The day I ordered services I paid for the 30 days, then a few days later I get a bill for an additional 30 days. Meaning, I paid $207.00 for seven days and then asking me for an additional $197.00 for the next 30 days. They did fix the bill. I was overcharged with the wrong sale tax, and when I signed up on the phone, the customer service rep did not tell me the additional convenience fee. Last week I got a bill for over $800.00. I called, and again had a problem with the system that does their billing. Today, waiting to pay my bill for the correct amount, they say I am past due. I am not past due if you can not accurately send the correct invoice so that I can pay. On Friday, I left a message for someone to call me, I did not get a call. Customer service is friendly, but it has been extremely frustrating to make sure I am paying the correct amount.

My service was scheduled to begin on 3/30. I called on 4/1 to let customer service know that I had still not received the tote. I was told it be delivered by the end of the day on 4/1. It is 4/2 and still no tote but the money for the full year payment has been withdrawn. Not off to a very good start. I have left another message but have not heard from anyone today. 4/13: I heard from one of the manager's after my review was submitted and he was very transparent with the lack of staff due to the pandemic, but stayed in touch and followed up regularly regarding my service. All is good now.

I have a few issues, none major, that would help Arwood Waste. I received too many emails; can't even locate the one that gave overall price and time frame allowed for havaing the unit. I was also charged an extra $6.03 with no explanation....yet; intend to call. Unit came without hand sanitizer and was never asked if wanted any. Overall, the unit was clean as advertised.

We contracted with Arwood for our garbage and recycling at our new residence in Tucson. After 5 months the company Arwood was working with here in Tucson decided to work with us directly. In closing our accounts at Arwood, problems in understanding the refund due to us was complicated because garbage had been billed annually and recycling was done quarterly, as well as the time of our switching over overlapped each of those cycles awkwardly. Patricia, in customer service, did a fantastic job of researching, advocating, and ultimately resolving our termination. Despite understandable initial process errors, Arwood demonstrated great customer service.
