I got charged twice for the dumpster. Called to let them know. Then get accused for not paying. Called again to talk to them. Still never got the call back

Two stars for politeness on the phone. They are far from ASAP services. Had to make multiple calls to confirm drop off and pick up. Just did not meet expectations on what was advertised. Next time I will go directly to a waste management company.

Didn’t make my delivery date. Said your only in that area on Thursday’s. Should have told me that when I ordered it. But somehow you could have delivered on time but it would have cost me another $170. Not good business

Approach with caution when hiring this company. As a precaution, if you place a work order and you call back to make any changes, be prepared you will be charge full price along with any additional charge. I was able to get refunded back 50% of my money after pointing out to their customer service department the terms of their cancellation policy written in their contract. It is difficult to reach someone in customer service. I would suggest, despite not having a great customer service department, you base your review of this company based on the serive they provide unbiasly.

Called to have roll top dropped off Thursday was willing to accept Friday , can’t confirm time of roll top 7am-7pm uses third party can’t schedule my team for demo. Booking and purchasing easy and friendly. My advice to contractors scheduling three days out then book your team for clean out.

I was told the toilet would arrive on 12.7. Just got an email that it will now be 12.8

Ordered two stall trailer restroom. Prompt on delivery, however driver was not experienced to back it up into place and admitted it. So we had to move and place ourselves, plus hook up. After hooking up ourselves, discovered not all lights in stalls were working and missing a trash can. They came out next day to fix lights. The restrooms were not as nice as they were described by rep. After being on hold for 50 minutes, did get a credit for having to place and hook up ourself.
