False Promise I was incredibly clear that I needed a dumpster today. I was told that guarantee would cost an extra $75. I was good with that. Gave all credit card information. Two hours later (lost time) I get a call from someone telling me they can deliver the dumpster three days from now. Irritated! Then the bearer of bad news was quick to let me know that she doesn’t work in the sales department.

I ordered a flushable potty with a sink, but somehow order went through as a non flushable potty. Company unwilling to attempt to satisfy customer, blaming customer for ordering wrong. Don’t use Arwood site to order your potty.

No one return my calls. The one star is due to no call back from Bekah and I called the next day, I explained the no call to Kellie, Kellie explained that my request for a NAVAL site is to be handled in a different department and she forward my message. No one followed up and I had to call again and I finally was assisted and they were very pleasant and assisted our needs.

Worst experience ever. Mixed information about which unit we could get, made reservation and gave credit card and were told it would definitely arrive by Thursday. I got a voicemail at 4:45pm on Wednesday saying "sorry, we don't service your area". Seriously?!?!?!?!? No one could figure that out before? I sent in a quote request online. Emailed several times, had at least 3-4 phone conversations and gave my cc. Then, when it was too late to even contact other companies I find out we won't have a unit delivered when we were told we would????!!!!! Talk about bad service. I would never ever recommend your service.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Don’t waste your time.... I placed an order, received my confirmation number and never showed up... they told me around 7am-7pm will come, I’ve waited and never showed up... called 3 times and the ladies in customer service were rude and impolite! They told me that my delivery was on schedule and that I have to wait until 7... 7:30 called and they told me couldn’t find my order and they don’t talk to drivers... last call at 8:30 and i’ve Just received a SORRY!

Your billing is the worst!!! You never send me invoices and then send a suspend notice. I call to pay, update my email and then I never see another invoice until you send me another suspend notice. Somehow, those get to me but not the invoices. I will NEVER use you on a job again.

In Nashville, I would absolutely NOT recommend Arwood / partners. I placed an order 10 days in advance for a single port-potty for a graduation party over the weekend. It never showed up. I left 2 phone numbers on the reservation and requested a delivery on the earlier side of the day. I was home all day from 7 am - 7 pm on the delivery day (FRI). I called mid-day to check on delivery status and was rudely reminded "anytime between 7 am and 7 pm, and driver will call one hour in advance." Asked for specifics on the local delivery partners, and they just read me back the text of my order, which I had right in front to me. By 6 pm when there was no delivery, I started calling all their numbers I could find - voicemails, requested call-backs, emails - NOTHING. No reply over the weekend, not even on call first thing Monday. I had to call THEM on Monday to tell them "you failed." All I got was "we'll look into it and call you back." Never got a call back. They sent a template "I'm sorry" email with some puppy on it, and refunded my money. Next day I got an email saying "the driver tried to contact you but could not get you." Complete nonsense - as I was at home for the entire day, with my cell phone next to me and the home phone in the same room. Ruined our outdoor graduation party for 50 people not having a toilet. I'll absolutely call a local company and get a driver's name / number in advance next time....NOT Arwood.

We were charged additional days for a dumpter after it was picked up. Just a few days after receiving the invoice we were threatened with a lien if we did not pay it. I continually called to receive help with the issue and no one would return my call. Spoke with a girl named Robin. Finally when they did call back they said they wouldn't be able to take the charge off. Went round and round and finally spoke to someone who had some sense and she was able to immediately see that we were indeed being charged for something we no longer had and she removed he charge and the lien. We have a construction company and rent up to 20 dumpsters a year and We will never deal with Arwood again. I would rather haul a trailer to the jobs and haul the waste off to the dump myself. Horrible customer service.
