Never showed up with delivery of dumpster I then called and after 24 hrs got a call back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Order and paid for dumpster than told one was not available

Misled me for a month before informing me that they do not serve my address

Horrible customer service and they tried to scam us out of an extra $500 after we already had a contract for an order. We booked a 5 stall bathroom trailer for our upcoming wedding in September 2019 on 7/10/19. After giving our credit card for deposit, agreeing to the terms for the trailer and receiving multiple emails regarding our order, on 7/25/19 we were contacted by Mike "the person who handles trailers" asking us if we wanted a 7 stall trailer for an extra $500. We really didn't need the extra stalls, especially for a 20% increase in cost. Mike of course never told us that all of a sudden the 5 stalls were no longer available. One week later the sales rep calls and tells us that are there are no 5 stalls available, even though we agreed to terms on all of the above. After that it was nearly impossible to get any legitimate answers from them. The only good thing was we had enough time to figure out something else before they really screwed us. Buyer Beware!!!

We were given a quote via phone for a hand wash station. I asked if the quote included everything or if there might be additional charges I was told it was the total price. I even asked if it included delivery... I also requested they send the quote via email. Which I discovered after sending it to my boss, was not a quote at all, but a link to their website and the higher price. After getting a go ahead from our community committee I called back just a few hours from getting the quote. I was told that it would be more than the quote. I asked to speak to a supervisor- he would not honor the information that a representative of this company gave me. Knowing that this company does not stand behind their reps, I am very reluctant to do business with you. If I call again and get a different office again.. who knows what they would decide to say. Very poor business practices.

I will never use this company again. The first time I used them they tried charging me for going over the 10 days when I called to have pick up on day 8. Second time I used them they couldn’t get my dumpster to me in the morning which I requested and it showed up late afternoon. Held up my work. They also use 3rd party services and overcharge to make their money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Arwood waste!

so far very disappointing. I called to get a price on a port a potty, gave the zip code and was quoted 1 price. The next day I called to actually order it and they quoted me a higher price. I went ahead and ordered it. Was disappointed that would take 2 days to receive it. Then I got an email and the address was wrong, the street name was misspelled. So I called and talked to a girl who said she corrected it. Then on the day it was to be delivered, I got another email and the address is still wrong. I hope they get the delivery right today. As I'm writing this, my coworker is listening to a message that came in this morning about an hour ago saying that they don't service the area we are requesting. Really!? It took them 2 days to figure that out!!! And of course, I have been charged on my credit card!! So annoyed!!

Placed an order over the phone, they took my information, credit card and stated it would be delivered tomorrow. I get a call several hours later stating that they couldn’t deliver tomorrow but for an extra fifty dollar each month they could deliver today. I said I can understand a one time fee for the service call but I don’t understand continuously. She said she just makes the phone calls. I asked to speak with a manager...after several minutes she said her manager said those were the only options, I requested the manager again... she then told me the manager went to a meeting. Such extortion!! We have several construction companies and I will be cancelling all dealings throughout all companies with Arwood
