Rented a dumpster for 10 days and they charged me 3 extra days. I requested the pickup on a Monday (the 10th day) and got email saying that they would pick it up a couple of days later but that I would not be charged. They came on Wednesday and then I got a invoice for the 3 extra days. Customer service is not good, I called multiple times to dispute the extra invoice, they would just transfer me to another person, the new person would say that they would call back and nothing and in meantime I keep on getting emails with the invoice. Finally after 7 weeks I gave up and just paid the invoice. I will never use them again not do I recommend them.

I had to call for weeks after paying for and initiating service a few months ago before I could actually get a bin delivered and service started. After finally getting service started it lasted for a few weeks and now I haven't had a pickup in two straight weeks because of "truck problems". I contacted customer service 5 times this week in an attempt to get help and nobody will call call back or provide a resolution. Meanwhile the trash piles up. I've been a customer for a short time and very little competency or reliability has been demonstrated thus far.

Arwood sends me random invoices even though I prepaid and I have to take much time out of my day to get through to their customer service to correct it all. the portable toilets are fine but they come to service/empty them at 6am on the dot on Thursday mornings and that is just too early to be making all that noise and waking up all the neighbors during city quiet hours.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dumpster company. I have had multiple dumpsters throughout my home ownership for projects and have never had a single issue. This company placed my dumpster directly in front of my garage and then wanted ME to pay to move it. No cars could go in or out of my garage. When I refused to pay for it the customer service person was rude and challenged me that it was probably my directions that caused the misplacement. I told her to feel free to go back and listen to my direction and surprisingly I did not ask to have the dumpster placed in front of my garage blocking it to all traffic. After agreeing to move the dumpster at a reduced fee I was told that electronics found their way into my dumpster (even though I had not placed any in there) and I was charged a fee for recycling. I found Arwood Waste to have a substandard level of professionalism, transparency, and business standards. You should never use them.

The worst service ever. We had an original date 8/7/2019 and that got pushed until 8/8/2019. Well it is 8/9/2019 and still no restroom. I called and I guess there was truck issues and I wasn't even called. You would think they would deliver the restroom first thing, however all I received was a bad attitude. My guys have been without a restroom for 3 days and it's on a PG&E site which means our company gets written up(fined).

RUN, don't walk, as far away from Arwood Waste as you can. They start out being as eager-to-please as they can but once they get your order AND your money there is no communication. Wouldn't answer my e-mails or return phone calls. If there is even the slightest possibility that you might need to cancel, be prepared to loose every penny as they will return nothing. I find this despicable. dishonest and unethical. Give an honest company your business!
