Easy to order online, then they called to confirm. However, they delivered the wrong dumpster, on the wrong day, at the wrong location. Ignored the instructions on the order. The first customer service agent did try to fix the mess, on the second call the system hung up on me. The third call (after hours) the agent could barely be interested in figuring out what happened, seemed apathetic.

Arwood Waste charged me $797 to have a 30 yard dumpster delivered to my home for less than one week. They arranged to have a local company, Advanced Disposal, deliver the dumpster. I learned from Advanced Disposal that the dumpster cost was only $340, so I cancelled the delivery. Advanced Disposal confirmed that they had received $340 from Atwood waste. Arwood Waste claims that the $457 additional cost is a broker fee and to date is refusing to return my money. This is an outrageous fee for a telephone transaction and no one should utilize this company without independently confirming the actual cost of the service to be provided.

We are a small remodeling General Contractor. We order the largest roof off dumpster they had. When talking to the rep, I was told the price and it’s a ten day rental including weekends. The next day I received an email saying for my area there is an up charge of an additional $200. I said fine. Then they also come back with a $75 drop off fee and $75 pick up fee. The rep did not say anything about this. I scheduled a pick up 3 days before the tenth day and they tried to pick it up the day after I scheduled it. ( so 2 days early) the driver couldn’t find the address. I called them and they said they would get back to me. They never did. The only time they got back to me was to tell me I owe more money. Also to tell me it was only a 6 day rental and I had it 4 extra days. I will never use them again. Worst customer service by far.

I ordered 3 dumpsters on August 23rd for commercial refresh projects we were doing at three different store locations. The first dumpster was supposed to be delivered on 9/9. I received an e-mail on the morning of 9/10, 24 hours after the dumpster was supposed to be onsite, that I needed to fill out an agreement form. So I filled out the form and sent it back immediately and as of 9/11 the dumpster still has not been delivered and nobody knows when it will be delivered. I have called about five times now between 9/10 and 9/11 and everyone I speak with says they will get back with me, so far nobody has gotten back to me and we still have no dumpster The next dumpster that we have scheduled is for 9/16. I called yesterday and asked if I could change the drop off date to 9/13. I was told again someone would get back to me. So of course nobody got back to me and I called this morning, 9/11, and the young lady I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about but she said she would get back to me in an hour. So after about an hour I decided to call and spoke with Melissa she did not see anywhere in her computer any notes about my request to move up the delivery date. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is a broker and not a local provider of any type. They call a local company for you and add $100 to the price. DO NOT USE THEM

Still don’t have my dumpster that I waited for 12 hours. I called and they were going to give me an ETA... still now 14 hours later nothing.

My experience with Arwood was terrible and I do not recommend using them.

A month after they picked up my unit they extorted me for $177 because I didn't cancel it properly. Apparently Arwood Waste agents don't have the authority to make cancellations.
