This is the worst service I have ever tried to use!

Overbooked two times now. What a joke

Very poor communication, I called on Monday to let them know that the dumpster is ready for pick up, and they said that a driver will pick up on Tuesday, no one showed up, it’s Wednesday and the dumpster still here, I told them to take ASAP because it’s full of insulation, drywall and carpet, now it’s raining and all of that is get wet and adds more weight, and I will have to pay extra because some people can’t do professional work. NEVER use this people again, terrible experience.

Every experience has been horrendous. Hard to get a hold of people, different answers, price increases after orders have been placed, customer service hung up on me when I called to ask when the dumpster was going to get picked up. Never again.

They were informed to contact me 30 minutes in advance so I could meet them to show them where to place dumpster. They did not contact me. They just dropped dumpster and left. Very dissatisfied with this company and will never do business with them again,

Ordered a portable toilet 06/13/2019 thru 06/21/2019. This company has been charging my credit card every month since. I called and spoke with Kristy and she tried to transfer me, but the call was dropped. I called back and spoke with Heather who said she'd look into it and call me back and hasn't yet. After researching this company, it appears this is their MO and everyone else has the same issues. I've filed a BBB complaint and will now proceed to file one with the FTC as well. They should be put out of business.

This company did not satisfy our agreement. When questioned, both customer service staff AND management got rude. Would not recommend.
