After my review on this company dated Oct 28, 2019 about horrible customer service, I am writing another review about their fraudulent billing practices. Now Arwood Waste has billed me for double the charges of the original contract, obviously incorrect. Check out the BBB complaints on this company. It's amazing they are still in business.

Not happy with the poor customer service I received. Our unit was not delivered on the requested date, we paid extra for the delivery, the next day I was promised 2 call backs and early in the morning and did not get a callback. By noon when I called the 3rd time I was talked down to and when I asked for a manager I was told they would not talk to me. I regret ever using this service and will never use it again. Over priced and bad business practices. Try someone else!!!

Paid for a John to be delivered on November 4th. Was not delivered on the 4 th and still waiting here today ( 5th ) Have people working with no place to potty. Hope the service gets better.

I used this company for the first time to rent a portable toilet. I had it less than 28 days which is their monthly rental. I paid up front in full. I received a bill maybe 14 days after I ordered the rental which I called about because I owed nothing. They apologized and said disregard. Later I received a bill for interest added to the statement. That was another phone call. Now it’s November and I received another charge to my card for the interest that I did not owe in the first place and it’s still in their system and billing me. So this is another phone call. I will not use this company again. So much for paying in advance to keep it simple.

Called in pick up for a dumpster 5 weeks ago, and had to leave a message. Never got a call back but they are quick to want to collect. Called again today to check on the dumpster and why it was never picked it...hopefully they will call back now that they've been paid.

Laurel was my customer service rep., I stated that we needed a port o pot for a roofing project, no problem she said. Ordered on Tuesday with delivery Thursday morning, there are eight guys on the project. It's noon, no port o pot, customer service person said it might be 7 pm before they are here. That's not gonna work...

Very difficult to work with, I had to call them several times for simplest matter, specially for the bills and invoices

Service does NOT happen as promised.
