Fraudulent billing. They charged double what it would cost by employing the waste service provider they used directly. In addition, after making it clear that they no longer provided for quarterly billing, because they had hard time collecting from non-payers- requiring the whole annual bill up front, they proceeded to send a mo invoice of 20.03 as a “convenience” fee. This was never discussed in their terms or on the phone. It is an obvious attempt to extract money , bait an switch, and probably a tax dodge. Do not use them for residential curb side waste removal

Failure to deliver product even after 36 hours. No call no service. Do not expect customer service or delivery of product from this company. Maybe this is why they had to change branding.

I am not happy with this company at all, we ordered a porta potty for ONE month, apparently when you tell them one month you still have to call and have them pick it up because we had it one extra day in their “billing cycle” and we were charged for an additional month!!! So technically we paid an entire month for a service we did not use. As the owner of a construction company we have used many providers and have never been treated this way, we will definitely not return again.

The ONLY thing the company did correctly was arrive on the date requested. Unit was dirty inside and out Left 450’ away from the site. No one to speak to on Sat for resolution 12:05 next day still no call from the company!

The waste company we were with was acquired by Arwood. They stopped picking our trash. Apparently they changed the offered service. Previous to acquisition, they offered a service where they would come to the top of our drive and pick up our trash and return it to it's original position once empty and we were not informed of this change. My wife was also treated rudely once she finally go through to the service to find out was going on.

I understand their is a pandemic going on and demand is high. But I would like it when I am told my price is "x" and delivery time is "y" that those statements remain true. Especially after I confirm rate and delivery with multiple sales people, if you are unable to fulfill my order I would prefer being told so immediately so I can find other means. I do not foresee myself recommending or using your services in the future.

I CALLED FOR A UNIT ON FRIDAY FOR A MONDAY DELIVERY. I LEFT INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL WHEN THEY WERE ON THE WAY SO I COULD OPEN THE GATE. IT'S NOW TUESDAY AFTERNOON AT 4:30 AND AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A THING.

This company is absoutely pathetic. I ordered a porta potty on April 2nd and paid the rush fee to have it delivered same day. I was assured we would take delivery on that day. It never happened.Called on the 3rd, twice, and never got a delivery. It did not deliver over the weekend. It is now April 6th, and still no delivery. There is nothing ASAP about the company except in name only. Never again.
