Pickup
The delivery was great, clean equipment excellent condition. The pickup was not good at all ,my event was on the 4th of July for one day. The equipment still has not been picked up. I gave the gate code to the person who took my order. They used the code to deliver but not to pickup, bad communication.

The Portable Toilet was supposed to…
The Portable Toilet was supposed to arrive Monday June 21 between 7 A.M. and 7 P.M. which was fine. Unfortunately, the Toilet didn't arrive, I waited around all day and no one called to say there was a shortage of Driver's and it would arrive SOMETIME on Tues. Not acceptable. Then a lenghty discussion/e-mail before you agreed to cancel the charge. STILL WAITING FOR THE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT. John Burke

Not so happy customer
When I ordered you gave me a delivery date and then changed it to a date they were closed than changed it back to the original date. Also didn’t have the size dumpster I wanted but found it out after I was charged for the size I wanted also employee’s should be knowledgeable about fee’s and make sure they include them. I found out about Agee apparently was not charged after it was taken from my account without my approval not cool. Maybe I shouldn’t have given you such a high mark

I had a problem where the 2nd dumpster was placed. I couldn't get the door of this dumpster opened. I called everyday to get this issue resolved. Each person I'd talked to said they would get someone to get back with me. No one got back with me, not until the 26th. The issue was not resolved until 4-28-21, 8 days later. I was told that the 10 day limit would be extended. I was quite frustrated with the layered communication I'd encountered that took many days to finally get my problem resolved.

I gave 3 stars because it takes 5-7 business days for a refund but only seconds to charge me.
Here is the entire story;
I had called a few local places to rent a port-a-john. I forget the actual business name, lets call them Billy Bobs Septic. Billy Bobs told me that they can't deliver my port-a-john because it was to far. I then call ASAP. You representative was nice and respectful, he did well. We set everything up for a Friday delivery. Friday at 2:30ish I get a call from Billy Bob's asking me what the address is again to deliver my port-a-john to. (In my head) This seems a little odd, why is Billy Bobs calling me back? I asked the man why he needed my address, he already told me it was to far for him to deliver a port-a-john. He said "Oh yeah, I remember now. So you still want me to come out?" (He never identified that he had been contracted by ASAP) I said "No, I have secured a port-a-john from another vendor." (ASAP). He said "Ok". and hung up. About 4ish I get a call from ASAP, the rep wanted to know why I refused the port-a-john. I told him I did not refuse the delivery, I had not been contacted by ASAP. He informed me that I did refuse the delivery. After about 10 minutes of talking with him, we had put together what happened.
He did make an attempt to contact Billy Bob's and get the port-a-john sent. But by this point it was 430ish and that's when Billy Bob's closes. The rep was helpful, he did try to get a port-a-john out to me. The real issue was that the contracted company just happened the same company I had contacted prior to ASAP and they refused service. Then when ASAP contracted them, they withheld this from me so I did not know they were the company delivering the port-a-john. They, ultimately, caused the confusion, did not take responsibility for their actions, and did not convey to me that they had been contracted to deliver the port-a-john. If they had identified to me, that they were working for ASAP, everything probably would have been ok.

Overall it was okay
Overall it was okay. I was charged an additional $50 for the delivery because they called and said that the portable toilet needed to travel from farther than the initial location I chose to order from. The toilet was also delivered the day before I had requested it and that was quite inconvenient as I ordered this for my wedding at a rental location. I also paid for the toilet to have toilet paper and they only supplied 1 roll so that was a bit disappointing. The toilet was very clean though and had the hand sanitizer that I paid for as well, so it all worked out, it was just very expensive and they do not deliver or pick up on the weekend.
