The actually sevice was great, but their quoting and billing has a huge disconnect. The sales-person will only quote you a delivery fee and rental. A few weeks later you receive another invoice for the pick up charge that you weren't quoted.

The day the dumpster was brought to my home, the driver got stuck in the mud and made a huge mud hole in my yard. I never heard from the driver apologizing or offering to repair the hole. He left mud all over the driveway and onto the street as well.

Just got an email and phone call my contract might not be fulfilled due to Covid Testing. Even though testing has been dialed down to almost nothing. Now - no one will call me back from this reliable family owned and operated business who when I spoke to them back in March guaranteed me their services. I bet if this was their kids wedding their services would be provided without doubt.

We ordered a portable bathroom for an event mid week for the coming weekend. Customer service was friendly and assured us we were all set. On Thursday we were told there was an addition charge due to limited inventory. I was confused but said ok, please proceed. On Friday afternoon I received a text with an apology that there is no bathroom being delivered, but that I should try another company. They provided a number, I called and they were closed. I texted back and asked for more help and I didn’t hear anything. We had an event with 150 people and no bathroom. I was charged this week for about $350 and I had to call and wait on hold to ask for a refund. The person said they’ll take my number and call me back to process the refund. I’m still waiting for a call back. 2 stars for the effort. My experience was that the business has outgrown its capacity to offer quality service.

almost 2 weeks after my personal event, this porta potty still has not been picked up. have called 2 times and will probably need to call a third time

This was a bit of a cluster. I'm shocked I'm asked to write a review. I ordered a 40 yard dumpster for 10 days and a porta-potty with a sink for 28 days to be delivered to my Mom's house so we could begin the cleaning of the hoarder house. We needed the porta-potty as my Mom had completely filled the house and shut off the water so we needed a bathroom on site. The kind sales person told me they would arrive on Wednesday. The salesperson asked and I gave instruction that they should deliver them on the front lawn. The salesperson told me she would keep on it to make sure I did not have a problem. I would arrive from out of state on Tuesday 6/14. The 40 yard dumpster arrived Wednesday 6/15 while we were at Mom's funeral. The delivery people called three times during the funeral to confirm the placement although the instructions were already clearly given. They did not deliver a porta-potty. I called several times on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday to inquire about the missing porta-potty. The Voice response unit would keep me on hold for about 15 minutes and then just hang up. It would take several attempts just to get through to a person. When I finally got through and spoke to people about the porta-potty they told me they needed to look into it and would call me back. Nobody ever called back. Saturday and Sunday, nobody was in the office and I would end up leaving messages on the machine. By Sunday the dumpster was full and needed to be picked up. I left a message to request a pick-up. On Monday 6/21, I spoke with a person and they apologized about the problem and offered to cancel the delivery and give me a refund on the porta potty. I accepted and again arranged for the full 40 yard dumpster to be picked up on Wednesday (even though I had left that message already on Sunday). On Tuesday 6/22, the porta-potty was delivered in the early morning much to my surprise. I called and spoke with a guy to who I explained the problem. He told me they would scheduled a pick up of the porta-potty but I needed to acknowledge acceptance of the charges. I refused stating I was already offered a refund. He explained that this was a required item on his screen that I accept the charges in order to schedule the pick-up. I again refused. He transferred me to a young lady in their finance department. I explained the total cluster to her. She understood and told me she needed to research the problem and I would be called back in an hour. In about 45 minutes, I was called by a gentlemen who explained that they would pick up the porta-potty and not charge me for it. I flew out from the state on Wednesday 6/23. To date the company has only charged my card for the 40 yard dumpster. I should mention the following: My nephew who has continued the clean up effort was able to rent two subsequent dumpsters from another company, a 40 and 30 yard, for less than I paid for the 40 yard through ASAP. Speaking with a friend, the quoted price for the porta-potty was amazing as it was for 28 days and included weekly maintenance. He had previously rented ones for a single day for a party at about half the price I was quoted for 28 days. Update to this craziness. Today 6/30 I found an authorization on my credit card for the porta-potty. I called in and explained again what transpired. I was told they would look into this and call me back. Hopefully they are able to reverse this. Now it is 7/5/21. I checked the authorization which has become a transaction on my credit card. It has not been reversed nor have they called me back. I'm on hold with ASAP Site Services now over 40 minutes with no end in site. I hung up and called back this time asking the VRU to call me back. An hour or so later I spoke with a young lady familiar with my case. She told me they have all the notes to reverse the charge but nobody had actually done it. I am now waiting for an email confirmation that the charge will be reversed. On 7/7 I called again and was told by the gentlemen that he would do what he could to expedite the refund. On 7/8 a member of their finance group called me. She informed me that the transaction was reversed on 7/6. She further explained that nobody let her know that I needed or expected confirmation. She emailed me a record of the transaction. I can say that as of 7/9 my issue around the charge of the porta-potty is now resolved. I hope this explains my overly generous 2 star rating.

I'm being charged $193.00 + per month for only one standard unit and they will not come out weekly and clean unit unless I call and report a missed weekly cleaning geez but you can be certain the bill arrives on time even early....you can use were sorry once or twice, after that.....

I did not recieve the specific product I ordered. It was delivered late. It was never picked up. Maybe I have a relatively free Porta sitting in my yard....? The good news is the delivery person was professional, and cleaned the porta that was delivered. This is the reason for the second star.
