Do not use if you don't plan on paying more than what is posted. I ordered a dumpster, after the swap was billed additional $3000 that was taken out from my account. I also received a lien notice that I owe them another $738.. for what I dont know. Visit s local company in your neighborhood rather than these thieves.

ASAP was quick to drop off a 2 ton dumpster but took seven days to pick it up and I was charged with a $77 waste removal fee on top of the $635 paid at drop off. I made several attempts to reach a customer service representative, left call back request and still took too much of my personal time to reach a customer service representative. Very dissatisfied with g TV his experience.

I reserved a dumpster and porta potty on Friday only to get a message on TUESDAY, the day before I needed the dumpster, that you could not provide the dumpster. This put me in a very bad position. I had a Roofing crew enroute from Ohio to work and not only did you not provide the services you agreed to, but you didn’t give me any notice. Very BAD customer service

Customer service is nice and that’s about it. I ordered a portable toilet for four weeks and paid for it to be cleaned 4x a week. Because it was so many cleanings they had to add an additional charge; which was fine. The toilet was only serviced TWICE in the FOUR weeks we had it. Called customer service dozens of times. Every time someone answered they were friendly and assured me it would be taken care of; it never was. I called and asked for a partial refund, and, as always, a friendly sells person told me I would receive one. It never happened. I have called them countless time, and every time time it’s the same, “I’ll put in the request, and you’ll have a refund by Monday.” It’s been over two months and nothing. A complete scam. I have called and emailed their billing department with no response.

End of July we found out our porta pottie was picked up by ASAP without any notice from me. It took days to get another delivered/then a 2nd porta pottie was delivered that was not ordered - so we have 2 on site. I've called about 12 times to resolve the issue without success. I spoke with many reps who seemed to not understand my issues and was continuously transferred around resulting in the endless voice mail loop. I asked for supervisor assistance to no avail. I repeatedly left voice mails with no phone calls back until I put my request to have both units picked up and our partnership terminated on 8/14/20 and Jay the Director of something called back wanted to rectify our relationship. I have entered into a partnership with another vendor so please make sure the 2 porta potties are picked up. I paid the July invoice today by credit card. I am not paying the August invoice as I never requested- please cancel. I believe the representatives need to be seriously trained in customer service support because all of them had no idea what I was talking about and or how to fix the issue. Thank you for this opportunity to let you folks no what is going on.

After bad communication and 2 quotes that were almost $200 in difference, I hung up for being put on hold for a very long time. So then I called back 2 days later and I ordered a porta-john on a Thursday. I was told they couldn't get it to me until Monday. Then, I get a call the next day to tell me that they can't deliver it until Tuesday. This means the guys are working now for 4 days without a bathroom. I give specific directions NOT to place the toilet near where the dumpster has to be picked up. I pull up on Tuesday to the job and find the toilet exactly where I told them NOT to put it. It couldn't have been any closer to where the dumpster is picked up from. I wish I could attach pictures to this because when I opened the door to the toilet, I was almost scared to go in. It looked like the thing had been sitting for months and was never cleaned before it was given to us. Dust and dirt is caked all over the walls and floor. HUGE spider webs in every corner and at your feet when you stand at the urinal. The thing was (and still is) disgusting. I would never recommend these people to anyone. I don't know, maybe this is acceptable service when you get out to the boarder of Vermont but it is unacceptable where I come from, that's for sure.

Bad services they say I was going 2 b charge. 75 $ for same day services!!! That never happen money wasn’t refund bathrooms haven’t been clean so get your portal potty

I called for a dumpster and portable toilet. Delivery was scheduled for July 29, 2020. The dumpster was delivered, the driver addressed me as Mike, not my name. Said he called and told Mike, he was on the way. I just happen to look out the window and saw him. Received a message saying the toilet wouldn't be delivered until Friday. On Friday got a message saying it MIGHT be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I called and cancelled the order for the toilet, received a cancel confirmation email from ASAP. On Monday August 3rd, I look out my window and in the middle of the driveway is a portable toilet. Called ASAP to get it removed, maybe they will pick it up today or may be tomorrow. Very poor communication and service.
