I called and ordered a flushable portable toilet and 2 hand washing stations. A few weeks later ASAP contacted me saying there were no flushable toilets available in my area. I changed my order to a portable toilet trailer and 1 hand washing station. A few weeks later ASAP contacted me saying there were no hand washing stations available. ASAP also said there was some confusion regarding my order and it was never booked. After a lengthy discussion my order was booked on their computer system. After ending the call I received an email confirmation of my order with the wrong delivery date. I called back and ASAP said they are having an issue with inserting the correct date in their system and they reassured me that the delivery would occur on the date we discussed. Thankfully my trailer was delivered on time. However, due to the order hassles I had to deal with I will never order from ASAP again.

I rented a port-a-potty from ASAP Site Services, I would not recommend them. It took 2 weeks before they sent me an email containing of my rental and that was after I called them 2 times asking for one. I only needed the rental for 4 weeks but assuming you rent by the month I selected 1-31 of the month. A week into my rental I discovered that they're a 3rd party company and it's far cheaper to go through a Septic Company instead. After 3 weeks the Septic Company that ASAP Site Services called me to schedule removing the port-a-potty. I told them I didn't need it longer than 4 weeks so they came and got it early. Then a couple days later ASAP Site Services charged me for a second month! I called ASAP Site Services and they said they charged me for a second month because they determine a month to be 28 days. 1. No one ever told me that. 2. I didn't even have it over 28 days! So ASAP Site Services had to contact the septic company they hired, to confirm they removed it early. The septic company confirmed, so ASAP Site Services said they would refund my money. 2 weeks later still no refund, so I called them, waited for assistance for a half hour, hung up, and emailed ASAP Site Services. No response back. Then a month later they finally refunded my money!

This is the worst experience that I have had in a very long time. They bait and switch Delivery dates, costs And items after you pay for them. Be very cautious when ordering services from them. The support isn’t helpful either. So bad!!!

I can’t seem to get a bill mailed to me after months of trying

Ordered two Portacans on Tuesday for a rush delivery on Wednesday. It’s now Thursday night...no delivery still. Tried calling 8 times...left messages no one returned my call. Choose a reliable company..NOT this one. ASAP...Really? what a joke. They took my money but they don’t know how to answer the phone. 4 different numbers, email confirmations and NO DELIVERY.

They promptly delivered the dumpster, which had a damaged bottom that leaked powered construction debris. The driver did, however, clean most of the debris when he picked up the dumpster. Both driver employees I dealt with were professional and courteous. Pricing "clarity," service and communications are less than professional. I specifically contracted for a construction dumpster for a 30-day period; I was very specific as the construction project was subject to certain delays due to inspection and subcontractor coronavirus-induced delays. I got a confirming e-mail. Instead, ASAP removed the first dumpster without notice after 15 days. I had to order another dumpster (again, specifying for a 30-day period with final pickup on July 31). I received another confirming e-mail. Instead, I had to stop the company from picking up the dumpster, then was presented with an invoice over 4x larger than what was quoted. Additional fees for "Demurrage" (11 @ $25 ea) a "dry run" fee ($150) (apparently for the early pick-up I never scheduled), and various "administrative convenience" fees.

Horrible experience. I explained that I needed a single port-a-potty delivered to a campsite and that the dirt road into the campsite is narrow and would require delivery by a smaller truck. I was told that this was possible, but the technician delivering the port-a-potty showed up with a flatbed that could hold at least 10 port-a-potties! The vehicle clearly was not going to be able to make it into the campsite, and two hours before campers started to arrive the technician drove away without a solution to the problem. He said he would call me, but did not. The dispatcher called me thirty minutes later to let me know that the truck couldn't drive down the road, and when I explained that I had let the company know that I needed them to send the unit on a smaller truck, he said that he never received that message and would make a few calls to figure out what happened (but not how to fix the problem). I called the central office, and I was told that everyone who could help me was gone for the weekend and would not be back until Monday. When I asked how they handled emergencies, I was told that they don't handle emergencies over the weekend. I called the local dispatcher and the delivery technician the next morning, and my call was not answered and their voice mailboxes were either full or not set up. A port-a-potty was never delivered. This is not the way to do business.
