I was supposed to take delivery 01/19/2021 of portable toilet for workers at job site and it never arrived after waiting until 8pm. Workers were extremely frustrated and upset with me for not having a toilet. After calling customer service they gave me no information on when nor why it wasn't delivered. I paid for their services upfront 2 days ago and was promised a delivery of early 01/19/2021. Not a great start for a company trying their services for the first time.

I cancelled the order and they told me they would take care of it, but instead the company dropped it off after the fact. My superintendent told the driver that he "was not" informed of the cancellation.

Delivery was great. But they came at 6:00am on Monday morning of the pick up day. Dumpster wasn't even half way full. I needed to keep it another day or at least till the end of the day, they should have at least waited until they were open for the day or called me before pick up. For 650.00. my advice to would be renters is call unique dumpster their cheaper and communicate much better

Sent an old, rusted out, dumpster. When it was time to pick it up the door on the unit would not close because of how derelict the dumpster was. Requested pickup and informed them the dumpsters door wouldn’t close and was assured the driver had a crow bar to help close the door. Once the dumpster was picked up the door was left open and trash was poured out. Instead of cleaning things up the driver just left trash all over, the trash I know I loaded last. When I called to complain about the door not being closed and spilling insulation and trash all over the ground I was met with a very condescending woman named Joy. Needless to say her name does not reflect her personality. After a short discussion she basically called me liar when I knew good and well the dumpster was not “overfilled” as the trash on the ground was the last thing I loaded in before trying to close the door on the derelict dumpster. She said she would contact the driver and then contact me again. Never heard from her. Very rude, unprofessional service.

They promised to service and then could not deliver the service I was very unhappy with them

I never received a straight answer, dumpster delivered a day late. And then asking for a signature three days after the fact. Had the nerve to tell me you're closed on Monday that's why you couldn't deliver it. That's almost embarrassing.

The dumpster was suppose to be delivered Thursday... it is now Saturday and the dumpster has yet to be delivered.

They cancelled our order on the last minute. We were supposed to have it delivered Thanksgiving eve but I got a phone call that they can't deliver it. They can't give me other option but to cancel it or have it delivered next week. This was very poor customer service.
