Very unhappy customer. Received delivery with feces still inside of unit. I immediately called the customer service and was told someone would be able to help(no show on 2/25). Called again on 2/26, was told again that someone was going to replace the unit(NO SHOW AGAIN). The service person did not show up until Saturday, during the event to clean the Unit. My card was also charged 3x's. I am extremely disappointed.

Delivered the unit, but never serviced it despite the fact that the contract stipulated service weekly. They wanted to charge over $106 extra every time we wanted them to service the unit. Got another provider at the end of the second week at less cost and those folks are prompt on their weekly service....wouldn't use ASAP again and wouldn't recommend their services.

Highly disappointed with the customer service. We are in Texas just coming out of a humanitarian crisis. We are a nonprofit that supports the community and we didn't have plumbing due to the storms. Our plumbing came back the day we were supposed to get our Porta Potty and there was NO mercy. They still were adamant that we had to pay full price when we know well that they will just sell it again. No mercy or support to a local nonprofit during a crisis. We hope your $200 was worth putting a small nonprofit out.

Timea, We did advise of the cancellation policy, If you cancel the day of delivery, the order is non-refundable.

I ordered a porta-potty for the work crew to use during the remodeling of my house. It was a one-day delivery, for which they charged extra!! It should have been here today, but they now say it will be here tomorrow. We'll see! Then after giving me a quote, they added the one-day delivery fee AND a winterization fee and this is Las Vegas, NV it's in the 60's and 70's for heaven's sake!!!! Today, I called and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said it was being delivered today. I needed it yesterday! And I am getting little or no refund. They said that delivery today was authorized. I did not authorize that. I wanted and needed it yesterday. Now they also are saying that I can't cancel the order within 24 hours of delivery. But it wasn't delivered!

Hello Shelley, Your initial order placed with ASAP Site Services did say you would accept next day delivery which would be 2/23/21. Those fees also were on the initial quote when you placed the order. Our cancellation policy states if you cancel the day of delivery it is non-refundable.

I had to call them to find out when the dumpster would be delivered because it did not show up on time - 5 days late. Then I had to call them to get them to pick it up because they never showed up on the agreed upon date. And then they try to charge me for their lack of timeliness. Oh, they also hide fees that are not disclosed. DO NOT USE THEM - TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Hello Mr. Fox, I apologize for the delay in getting your dumpster on time. We were delayed due to Thanksgiving. When we went to pick it up, we could not access the dumpster due to ice on the driveway. Regarding the charges, we have reversed those charges and are providing you a refund for the inactivity and the removal fee. Team ASAP

This company charged my account for 3 months for a toilet that they did not deliver. A manager named Shea promised a refund of $958 but never delivered. This Florida company contracts through local smaller companies. It is far better for you to contract directly with local smaller companies that actually care about their customers.

Set up delivery date and agreed to price for 10 days at $861 for a 30 yard dumpster next day company calls and moves delivery date I agree three days later they call again and tell me that I can only have the dumpster for 3 days now for the same price and if I keep it longer its $45 per day fee and if I exceed weight its a $200 fee I will not use again service sucks.
