Our company will not use this service again. I ordered a portable toilet for my event two days before my event, everything was confirmed, paid for, and organized, and the unit never arrived. When I tried calling to check if the delivery was delayed, nobody answered. I called multiple times. The unit was dropped off AFTER our event. This is an unacceptable business practice as I was relying on this service. When I called to get a refund after hours, the employee could not do so after hours and couldn’t even put a request in. When I finally got a hold of a refund request, they wouldn’t issue it for 5-7 days and couldn’t give me an official receipt for that time. As you can tell, ASAP service is not ASAP at all.

Placed an order and paid for 20 yd container. Received a 15 yd container. I just wanted the $100 difference back. Called customer service so many times on the matter and no one ever got back to me on the refund when they told me “keep my phone near by, someone is going to call you.” The representatives were great. They seemed genuinely concerned and helped me but it’s probably the higher ups that just want to keep all the money they can. Uckkk. This was a second chance I gave you guys. The first time my container at a home I sold off did not get picked up until 5 days later when the new owners already bought the home and threw their junk into it while it was still sitting there waiting for you guys to pick. SMH. I shouldn’t have gone with you guys the second time. Shame on me. I should’ve known better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROLL-OFF CONTAINER.

Was disappointed with this company. Ordered my dumpster on-line for a certain price and for deliver in two days. A day later I received a call stating I couldn’t get the 15 yard dumpster I ordered and paid for, but they could get me a 20 yard dumpster for $200 additional dollars, and that it couldn’t be delivered as promised on their website, but they could send me one 4-days from my original on-line order date. I will never use this company again. PS - They don’t even own dumpsters in my area (Pompano Beach)

I placed order for one toilet but got charged for 2. Called multiple times regarding the billing issue and it was not fixed still after 3 weeks. I will continue calling for this.

This happened on 2 orders I call a few days before and schedule a delivery then they call me right before 5pm the day before the delivery and say WE CANNOT DELIVER BEFORE ANOTHER 3 DAYS DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL? IF YOU DONT CANCEL NOW YOU WILL HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE. This ain’t right

Worst company ever ! I booked a toilette for a last minute event and decide the same day I booked the Toilette to cancel my reservation, after arguing for 3 hours on a phone finally the agent don't charge me for the service i did no get and wanted anymore! a month after they charged me again for an other portable bathroom I did not ask for and worst even got ! It is a nightmare to try to reach someone on the phone and ever harder to have someone competent!

First, I ordered a dumpster that could hold concrete and other materials on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. I was only charged $35 up front. I thought maybe it was an initial deposit. I received a call the next day letting me know the order wasn’t processed correctly and I would have to pay for the dumpster before the order could be processed. Because of this my dumpster wouldn’t arrive until Monday. I then received a call on Saturday asking how much concrete I planned on putting in the dumpster. When I told them it was a small amount they thanked me. I asked if there was a problem and I was told no they just needed the information. On Monday someone called to let me know I couldn’t put concrete in the dumpster. I told them that was the whole reason I ordered that dumpster. I was told it was asaps rule it was the landfill. I agreed not to put concrete in the dumpster and ordered it anyway. I asked if it would still arrive today and they said they would check and get back to me. I did not receive a follow up. The next day I called and left a message and then later received an email letting me know I would receive the dumpster on Wednesday. Five days after I had requested delivery and one week after my original order. To get the dumpster picked up I had to call ASAP three times and finally just called ecobox directly and they said they were having trouble getting a hold of ASAP as well. My final charge went through and the next day the dumpster was removed. Two days later I received a letter advising me if I didn’t pay my balance of $0 a lien would be placed on my home. It listed me as a contractor. I’m not a contractor. I’m just a some trying to help my elderly mother clean up her home. My experience with ASAP services was terrible from beginning to end.
