I have a new boat dock and needed ASAP for service. I called ASAP and was told it would cost $245 for the first month than $193 a month after. I asked my neighbor what he was paying for his ASAP service HE TOLD ME$ 60 A MONTH. I TRIED TO CANCEL MY SERVICE AT 8:30 THE SAME DAY AS DELIVERY, BUT WAS TOLD I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED EVEN IF IT WASN'T DELIVERED . I'm having it removed 5-27-21,and having another company drop off there product for $ 59 a month. I never thought I could be ripped off so bad by ASAP

They promised something and delivered another, but still charged me for the most amount. They have not returned any of my requests or a simple call... I should have worked with a local but live and learn that there are companies out there that keep doing this...ripping off their customers Go else where

(Negative STARS) Did not disclose any fees over the phone when ordering trash container, nor did they talk about weight restrictions, all they mentioned was not to fill container over the top. We paid their invoice and they said everything was satisfied, now they're coming up with another $200 of fees, after saying we were paid in full. We hardly filled it and did not go over the top, and now magically are past the weight limit, need to pay admin convenience fees (more like inconvenience fees), C & D fee, that they use an acronym for because you're already supposed to know what it means. These people are not transparent, so look else where or it will hit your pocket book on the back end, also potentially your credit as these people also sent us to collections for their "after paid in-full fees." They probably will make up some bologna that its all my fault for them not going over their disclosures like they should be and also charging my account without permission for fees they are charging after saying we paid in-full. Let's see what happened next. This is to save you, your hard earned money, proceed at your own risk.

Awful! This service has no one to call on the phone. Only an answering service. Charging me for a sanitizer station that has never been delivered. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I never will again.

Zero Confirmation and Awful Customer Service. This company charged the credit card immediately then could not provide confirmation. After three phone calls they confirmed via email. When I called to check on the day of the scheduled delivery, it was not there and they refused to provide a confirmation phone call. The service was so poor, I thought that perhaps the company was a scam. The people on the phone were rude and all had extremely poor phone connections making it difficult to have a conversaton. I have never had a worse experience renting.

Not doing what they Advertise

Terrible Service. We showed up a week after there was supposed to be a delivery, no portable restroom on site. When calls were put in we all received different answers and eventually received the unit two days into the project forcing our crews to leave the job to use the restroom. I talked to one female who was amazing, and another who claimed I told them to cancel it which I never did....maybe they should remember that all their calls are recorded. Never using them again.

Called for pickup you did not pickup and charge me again!!!!
