They were very prompt and delivered my roll-off the same day I requested it. However, it's been 11 calendar days and I still don't have a final invoice.

Helpful bit disappointed they asked for payment upfront then could not deliver on the date booked - these things happen and it all worked out in the end

Our order was delayed by several days and we were double billed initially. Billing fixed it as soon as I drew their attention to the error and the service was fine.

I was happy with the price , unfortunately not so much with the company you sent to drop the porta potty . I gave specific instructions about what to do and what not to do,all of which were disregarded by the delivery company. They didn't put it in the location I specified , instead they put it in the location I adamantly said not to and he did it anyway. The customer service agent (Jay) was good and did do a follow-up about the problems and said that they would return to put the porta toilet in the correct location yet much time has passed and they never returned to move the toilet they put at the wrong location.

Everything was actually great but the pickup

The product came out as scheduled and was what I ordered so I wil give it 54 stars for that.. However when we had a question I called the number provided on the order numerous times and got their voicemail everyone. I left a voice message requesting to have the unit extended a couple of days and didn't receive a response back and the unit was picked up on the original date. So in the area of customer service I give them a single star.

This time did not work as well as the last. The dumpster that was due on Monday did not arrive until late afternoon on Tuesday. With 5 days for the crew to do their job there, the late dumpster caused problems. Nothing was communicated by email or phone that there was a delay. When I inquired Tuesday morning, I received different explanations and tips for the 3 different times I called. One said the driver had an issue on Monday and was delivering on Tuesday; one said they thought it was delivered and wasn't aware of any problems until I called; the last said they recommended getting the dumpster delivered on Friday, after I said I would do that next time. So if we get a dumpster on a Friday and have it picked up after the next week, on Monday, what happens if we go over the 10 day rental because the driver may not be able to pick up until Tuesday. We only need the dumpster for the 5 days during the week. I wasn't pleased, but after the dumpster was delivered, the rest went okay, so I at least gave you a neutral rating.

The customer service reps on the phones are great. Very professional, and friendly. The only problem I have is that the people who actually clean the portable potty do not do a very good job. 1. They have not been showing up once a week like they are supposed to. I should not have to call to get someone out every week. 2. The smell of ammonia is very strong, to the point its hard to walk into it. I know that means they are not cleaning them properly. For $250 a month, it should be spotless.
