very unhappy with my experience doing business with your company. I shopped around and found best deal with your company to dispose of clean cinderblock from a jobsite which I was quoted $516.84 (TOTAL). The representative that took my order explained that the load had to be clean concrete and that if contaminated I would be charged a different rate. I specifically told the rep that "I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE" if any debris gets thrown in dumpster between the time we left the site and time of pickup (rep took notes). The dumpster was delivered early which made me have to change my schedule...which we did to get the cinderblock loaded. I called ASAP site services when we finished "same day" with only "CLEAN CONCRETE" loaded (NO CONTAMINATION). ASAP could not give an exact time of pickup or date...and no way to lock dumpster (NO LID). The dumpster was picked up following day by sub-contractor company MST Dumpster and driver claims load was contaminated...no one called me or ASAP site services about this issue (someone literally threw 1 black trash bag, 3 rolled up cardboard boxes, and a plastic water bottle) into dumpster between the time we left and time of pickup. So I was charged the original $519.09 plus another $693.38 due to a contaminated load. I contacted ASAP site service manager SHEA and explained situation and he said he emailed the accounting office to "fight for me" to get the overcharge removed. He also agreed to credit me back 1/2 of the overcharge and told me to contact him following week so he could try and get MST Dumpster to credit back the other half. I have since been unable to get in touch (doesn't answer his phone, return messages or texts, and I've left several messages with receptionists to have him call me back...I had to get Chase Bank involved to try and resolve this issue and he lied to them saying I put this debris in the dumpster and supplied a different receipt to my bank (WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED) and never showed my bank the original transaction receipt....I have received 1 partial credit back to my card in amount of $177.38, but am still owed $516.00 at this time. the 3 biggest problems are: not contacting me with the problem of the 5 pieces of trash that were thrown in the dumpster overnight which could have been easily removed, no guarantee for drop off and pickup time, and no lid/lock to ensure load does not get contaminated

EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS I spent about an hour on the phone setting up rental servicea for a concrete crew on site. Made the payment, and all was good to go. It wasn't until afternoon the next day that I was contacted by the company with a "price modification" My rate skyrocketed from $260 to $750, they refused to honor the price that I was quoted... I have 10 guys on site that have had to hold it all day because this company's incompetency, and they will have to hold it until another company is able to make a delivery. All in all, a huge waste of time, and highly unprofessional to triple your quoted price very last minute to try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Come to our site, and I have 10 guys that will give you something if you squeeze them right now...

Every time I need to speak to them they are rude and unhelpful. If you have ANY other option, use that. It's the only garbage service in my area or I would rrruuuuunnnn.

Unfortunately, they did not meet any of their original agreement, everything to the day they picked up the dumpster was a night mare I will never use this company again!

On April 27th, 2021. We ordered and paid for two portable toilets to be delivered on Friday May 7th, 2021. Monday May 10th, 2021 was the day there would be no water on property from 9am to 5pm and the two portable toilets were needed. On May 7th, 2021 one portable toilet was delivered. On May 10th, 2021 I called ASAP Site Services to inform them we only received one portable toilet. I was on hold for 30 minutes after speaking to a representative who ended up informing me that a supervisor would be calling me back shortly. I received no phone call and the next day Tuesday May 11th, 2021 the second portable was delivered. On Friday May 14th, 2021 I called ASAP Site Services to have the two portable toilets picked up. On Wednesday May 19th, 2021 only one portable was picked up and the person refused to take the second! On Thursday May 20th I had to call ASAP Site Services again to have the second portable toilet picked up. I give 1 star due to Michael had the second toilet picked up that same day...

Consumer beware!! Contracted with them and paid their extremely high fee upfront for a year. They picked up the garbage for three months. They have not picked it up for two weeks now and I am still waiting on a response as to why. Very shady dealings. What should have been a easy transaction will not have to be taken care of and resolved.

I was charged for an additional hand sanitizer, but no bag was placed on the container.
