I ordered a porta potty in advance for a family gathering. I recieved an email the morning of delivery confirming the unit was out for delivery. I contacted the office after 3pm to inquire about an estimated time of delivery. I was told the unit could be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm. Delivery times are not provided once you've placed your order but the company requests that someone be present for delivery?! (This only became a problem for me after I had been at the delivery site for a few hours unable to reach someone, then when I finally do this is what I'm told. The property was family property, not my home.) Luckily, this was my uncles home and after 8pm, he calls and still no unit. This event took place May 29th, Memorial Day weekend so of course I was not able to reach the company until the following Tuesday. Someone finally text me with an apology and stated I would get my money refunded but I haven't received that either. Terrible experience. Will not use this company again.

We still have not received our dumpster!

I placed an order for a portable potty to use during an event in the desert over the 4 day holiday weekend. I made sure to schedule with plenty of time to spare, and verified with at least two different people that the delivery was properly scheduled ahead of time. The day of delivery I received a call saying that they had no drivers, and a guarantee was issued that it would be delivered the next morning. The next afternoon, after multiple attempts to contact the company, we were informed that they would be unable to fulfill our order, leaving us in the desert with nothing but a shovel. Do you know how hard it is to convince a 5 year old to poop in a hole with no privacy? As of today, 13 days after the guaranteed delivery date, I still do not have a refund for the porta potty that never showed up. I will absolutely never do business with this company again.

Zero/little Communication. Paid for nothing, essentially.

Worst service I've ever experienced. First time I have ever written a review. Dumpster never arrived and I never got an explanation. Had to call 5 times a day and still no resolution. I plead with all to never use this company if you have a deadline to meet.

Worst place to do business with. They will take your money over and over without dropping a dumpster off. Never deal with them.

Ordered Porto Potty to remote location. Ordered on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. Thursday I got a call that there would be a price increase. Friday comes and my crew says they never received a call from the delivery company. A toilet never showed up. MY crew doesn't tell me till late Monday. Tuesday rolls around and I still didn't receive a call from Site Services. I call and get to talking to a representative who tells me the delivery company was unwilling to drive down the forest road. That's fine but no one informed us. When I talked to ASAP customer service Jenifer was very combative when I wanted the problem resolved that day. Originally she just left me with "I put a ticket in and this is our process" without providing me an answer on if the porto will be delivered or not. I decided to cancel the whole order and go with a different company. ASAP has repeatedly done this where they charge you and then the porto never arrives. Instead of informing us they simply never call back. Well except for the price increase they always call to tell you it will cost more to not deliver a porto potty.

I rented no unit last weekend but We don’t used , I called and said if I can keep for this weekend some body said no and have too paid again for same unit $ 269 (203)4406725
