Ordering the outdoor restroom was easy!

I have dealt with Arwood Waste for a good number of years I would like to thank Maria for making sure and helping with what matters.

We ordered portable toilets for our event in July. Courtney was very helpful. We also wanted to order portable showers but she wasn't able herself to help so we are waiting for a call back

Great that they can provide service to a remote area. Highly responsive to phone contacts. Would definitely use again. Regrets only that they had to change original order for a flushable unit down to a standard toilet due to available stock.

Reserving my roll away dumpster was very easy. It did take a little longer for it to show up than I expected, but they were very nice to deal with. The only issue was that they hadn't taken all of my payment information with the reservation so there was some confusion with the final bill. But it was easily straightened out.

Good response time to service requests. Billing is very difficult to decipher.

Service in the field was superior. Unfortunately your home office erroneously concluded I had not paid for the extended on site time. They dunned me repeatedly, ignored my responses giving them check amount, number and mailing date. I finally called and a lady checked the account and assured me it was paid up-and had been for months. Then they finally shut up. This cast a real cloud over an otherwise excellent performance by the field people. Ted Ralph May 24, 2017
