I was charged for higher model flushable toilets for a very serious and high end event, I received dirty construction site portable potty’s. Explanation; we Are sorry but we don’t have it. Although I had ordered 3 weeks before the event.

This experience was the absolute worst from beginning to end. First off I paid extra money for " Rush Delivery" then it wasn't delivered the next day or the following day or the day after that. Then I called and all they would say is we will have someone call you. Then I finally received a call like 2 days later so now it's been over 5 days since I placed the "Rush Delivery" just to be told that they would be keeping my "Rush delivery" money because they had to move stuff around to accommodate me. What type of BS is that? You ask anyone sounds like a business out to scam customers and people should know about this. Then to finally top everything off I was charged another $544 on top of the $900 I had already paid because of the "weight". Overall terrible experience the staff you have working is very lazy and unprofessional. Honestly can't say anything positive about this company. Oh also it seems to be very common for all your employees to use the phrase " we will have someone call you back". Maybe teach them how to give solutions or answers to customers instead of lying and not following through

This company has mismanaged and overcharged me for services. I can never reach anyone. The people are nice, but obviously something is not working well in their company!

Dumpster drop off fine, but after almost 10 days notice to pickup loaded dumpster, still waiting for pickup

Portable toilets did not arrive until after the event.

customer service is terrible—right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. would never work with this company again!

I called to have my black water tank pumped. I called on a Thursday and was scheduled for the following Monday. On Friday they called me back and said they couldn't get it until Wednesday. I was leaving the site on Thursday am so Wednesday would work. Wednesday came and went. I called and got the recording that all agents were helping other customers. I left a message that the tank was over flowing and I needed it to be pumped before the end of the day. No response. I was on the interstate Thursday morning when I received the return phone call from the day before. They were sorry and wanted to reschedule. I told them to cancel. I will not be using their NON service again.

Poor communication and poor service.
