We received an old container that had holes around the bottom which sucked. HOWEVER Deb was quick to get it picked up and what looked to be a brand new one put in it place, all with NO questions asked. Great PR.

I had ordered a single unit with potty and sink. A couple days before they called and didn't have a unit available. So we substituted a separate potty and sink unit, and charged me the same rate. Thanks for thinking outside the box to service my needs!!!

We have never dealt with this company in the past. However 1 phone call and the services we need are set in motion, with no hitches, or problems. Hopefully the rest of our dealings will go as smoothly as the 1st.

This was a great experience. Ordering was painless and the units made our geology field course so much more enjoyable. We made our base camp at a large private Ranch and one star was taken of for originally delivering the units to the wrong corner of the Ranch. But a quick phone call and the problem was taken care of immediately. Very nice people to work with.

Pleased with our service for the most part. Only a couple of times our bin was not emptied for the week.
