I ordered a porta-potty from these people, they removed $297 from my account and 5 hours later called me and canceled the porta potties stating they had overbooked. now I will wait days to have the money returned

Original salesperson was very nice. Arranged for my delivery to be made on Monday when our project started. Got a call from the person delivering and said they can’t be there until Wednesday. I only needed it for 5 days so what’s the point of missing the first 2 days. I called back the next day and tried to cancel it and they said I could cancel but would not receive a refund. Again, how does that help me out so i said go ahead and deliver it Wednesday, I guess. Once the project was over I called to confirm if the potty had been picked up because there was no longer anyone on-site. The lady on the phone was outrageously un helpful and rude had just transferred me to another rep who accused me of cussing the First Lady out, which I never did. I was transferred back to the First Lady who reluctantly took my information and finally was able to help me out and opened a customer service ticket and said someone would contact me in a couple of days. Ok…? Sounds tottaly disjointed. She did eventually apologize for being rude, saying that she was new and didn’t understand my question. My question was exactly this “ can you confirm that the porta potty has been picked up and is no longer on-site?” Mind boggling. Customer service emailed me an invoice a day after that but no confirmation that the potty has been picked up, just saying it would be picked up in 3-5 days. So 1 week after that i still have no confirmation. I don’t know maybe the potty is still sitting on site. How hard is to take a picture and send it with an email saying it has been picked up? Bad communication, horrible customer service and no follow up. How hard is it to deliver a porta potty on the day it was reserved and obtain confirmation that it is picked up!!? I strongly recommend not using this company.

1. I was charged twice for my order and had to call to fix it. 2. The person who took my order wrote my instructions incorrectly and did not inform me that orders for a porta John unit don’t arrive when asked but instead have a 12 hour window, so I couldn’t prepare by ordering it a day sooner and my event started before I had my unit. 3. The instructions taken wrong resulted in the unit getting taken away halfway through our event. When trying to get this resolved I was met with very poor customer service and had to call the vendor directly to get a unit back. They also took a number of my personal items (an LED light, air freshener, toilet paper, hand sanitizer) inside the old unit and I still don’t have them back or any reimbursement for it. 4. When trying to resolve this issue afterwards I still got poor service, and was rerouted to multiple people on the phone. None of them helped me. At one point a woman said she’d transfer me to a manager and transferred me to the phone line answering machine instead. I left a message a week ago and still haven’t gotten a call back. 5. I requested to have my unit removed on a certain day, I was assured it would be and it didn’t. I was working with a location owner who was inconvenienced as well by the lack of proper communication. This has been one of the poorest experiences I’ve had with service. No one at this company has tried to make things better with me and I am deeply disappointed. I will be sharing my experience with those in my area.

Hand sanitizer doesn’t work and the portable toilet is very filthy and the cleaner doesn’t do a great job cleaning it

My experience was lousy. Delivery was not the next day. I did this on line and when I called was told a fee would apply due next day delivery, not mentioned on line. The “time frame for delivery “ was 12 hours. Contract indicates a weekly clean service. There were none. They hold your credit card and charge if you cancel, if they determine additional fees apply they will charge your card for that as well. Poor customer service!!!

Won’t answer the phone. No calls back, wanted to move toilet to another address. Won’t use your company again.

I ordered a porta potty for a Saturday event. I got confirmation that it would be delivered on Friday.......no show. On Sunday afternoon I got a call that the guy was ready to deliver the unit. No more needs to be said.

Unit delivered on 6/10 to a construction site. Pricing included 1x weekly service. A call was placed on 6/17 requesting when the first service would be performed. No one from ASAP returned the call. The homeowner called ASAP to request a service call as the toilet was overflowing. A service was finally made on 6/21, which was the FIRST service. A call was placed on 6/28 to AGAIN request a service schedule. I was told that it would take "a day or two" to "get back with me". This is completely unacceptable and we will not be using ASAP Site Services for our vendor moving forward.
