Cancelled our bathroom rental 1 week before our wedding, customer service was polite but less than helpful. Thanks to them dropping the ball, we don't have time to book another bathroom.

I was double charged for the porta pottys that we used. They argued that there was no way that 1 was a "pending soft hold" and the 2nd was the actual charge. Well my account said other wise. This is day 9 arguing with them and I am still out just shy of $700. I would NEVER recommend them. Unfortunately I am now getting the credit card company involved to go after them.

SHOP AROUND! I got a quote for one port a potty on a monthly basis for $207/month. I agreed, then recieved a call saying that due to "regulations" I had to have it serviced twice a week for an addition $45/month. That's TWICE what I was quoted and there are NO regulations. This was just a scam. I found a local company who is doing the same service for $90/month. Do not go with this company. They will over charge you.

Cancelled services and took 2 weeks of talking to somebody before refund was issued. I was told I already had it and that was not true. Dry messy on the financial end. I will not deal with ASAP ever again.

Your customer service is horrible and I don’t see how you guys are still in business. The only thing in this company know how to do is charge the customers credit card. I will never use this service again and I am reporting this company to the State Of Michigan attorneys general office.

I rented a porta potty from these incompetent criminals on may 21st. It is still sitting in my yard on JULY 28th! 7 phone calls approx weekly and each time I’m told they’ll pick it up. Yet it is still there. Do I call a lawyer or the police? I am at my wits end, what the fu@$&? It the matter with these people…… do not, I repeat do not rent from these people!!!!!
