Run, don't walk, away from this company. They are a middle man as others have mentioned and are a complete disaster from start to finish. They cancelled my toilet trailer for a destination wedding, tried selling me a lesser product at a higher price, tried to invoice me for a product that I cancelled months ago and then tried delivering to my billing address, not the destination address. From one bride to another, save yourself the headache and cut out this middle man. In order to get a deposit back, which they agreed to provide, I had to file a complaint months later with my credit card company because they "keep forgetting" to process it...

ASAP stoled 39 dollars, they left the equipment all week which was very embarrassing

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero…..they delivered 2 porta potty’s I ordered for a block party the day before the party. I get home from work & 1 porta potty is on my driveway which I asked them NOT TO DO as I just had my driveway re-done but they did it anyway. The second one was on the grass LEANING to one side! Really? How can they leave it like that??? How is that safe? I also ordered AND PAID FOR 2 potty’s with sinks & I only got 1 with a sink. The other one just had hand sanitizer. I called them as soon as I got home from work at almost 5:00 & I was told that “the people they use on the east coast are closing for the day & probably couldn’t do anything for me” BUT they were going to fix the issue the next day before 12 noon when the party was to start. NO ONE CALLED. NO ONE CAME! A few men from the party physically moved both potty’s to a level area & they weren’t leaning anymore. I’m not happy with the service that was provided. No one even called after they were picked up to offer me a partial refund due to their errors. Nothing! Needless to say I will not ever use this company again!

Do not hire ASAP site services. They are a middleman company that contracts with local vendors. They do not take responsibility for the work of their contractors. I hired them to deliver a portable toilet unit. They quoted me one price - then months later called back to raise that price because they said my site was outside of their normal range and they would need to cover the additional time/gas to get the cleaning crew to the site weekly. I wasn't thrilled, but understood and agreed. The unit was delivered on time. But getting it cleaned has taken dozens of hours of calls and emails - to both ASAP and to their vendor Mr Biffy out of Superior, WI. They initially were snarky and tried to say that the crew was unable to clean the unit because of something I'd done - like placed something in the way. Then they claimed the crew could not find our property. I had provided turn-by-turn directions and latitude/longitude coordinates. Again they found it to drop off the unit. And they charged me more to visit it. I actually do not believe Mr. Biffy even tried to send crews to clean it. It has only been cleaned three times in 10 weeks. And in two of those cases - only because I reached out to Mr. Biffy directly. Again, ASAP takes no responsibility. I've asked repeatedly for a discount or refund, and they ignore the request.

Bad company. They promised cleaning portable sanitation I’ll-be patient. But they looks like work with third contractors. Call another company don’t avoid the hassle.

Your sales person told me I could fill the dumpster with dirt and debris but the driver refused to pick it up. This is the problem with having sales people all over the country. They weren't aware of the local dumping rules in my area. In my area, they'll only take clean dirt if it has been tested. I spoke to two representatives from your company and both told me I could mix dirt and debris. Nevertheless, you charged me full price for a dumpster that was 1/8 full. You then went on to charge me for a second dumpster that was never delivered. Literally, no dumpster and you charged me almost $800. In the end, I paid for two dumpsters and I could have fit the debris in two pickup trucks worth of debris. I asked if I could pay less for the first dumpster since I didn't feel it was my mistake. No dice. Then the second dumpster charge.

My service was supposed to start August 16th, there was no pick-up. Then I called to put in an immediate request ans have heard nothing back
