They never delivered the port-a-potty. When they gave me my refund, they kept $40.00 of it. WTH!!!

HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end. We booked a restroom trailer for a large outdoor event 5 months ahead of time, checked in about 3 weeks before the date to confirm everything and were told that delivery WASN'T actually guaranteed! After a panicked few days spent trying to line up a alternate trailer from another company (which would have cost $1000s more, since we were under a month away from our event and therefore forced to pay 1/2 the fee even if we cancelled) we finally heard that the trailer would be delivered after all. Then, after the trailer wasn't removed on the date listed in the agreement, we had to deal with more nonsense and confusion about when, exactly it would finally be hauled away. This broker seems to have no control over the quality of service from the vendors/haulers they work with to deliver and remove the products that they rent and is unable to provide any specifics or answers to clients when the vendors/haulers renege on their agreement. Stay away.

Showed up 24 hours late, the company provided no useful information on the wearabouts of the toilet. the unit was made sure to be picked up bright and early the next morning so that was definitely done on time. The operator had a miserable attitude and the company provided awful customer service.

Horrible experience. I ordered portable toilet for event and it was suppose to be delivered September 3rd. It was a no show, even after talking with customer service and being told they are in route. I would not recommend using service. Thank you

I rented a port a pot for a single weekend day, which required a Friday drop off and Monday pickup because they do not operate on weekend days. Drop off went smoothly - but the company has missed their removal date, and is completely unresponsive about an ETA to do so. This has now been multiple weeks delayed with no resolution in site. Would definitely not recommend for any services given the complete lack of regard for customer support.

The ease of ordering was great! The service is so so. Porta potty was delivered the evening on the 2nd day, instead of early in the day after it was postponed 1 day. We are now about to start day 10. We have not seen anyone here to do the “weekly” cleaning. Not real impressed at all after only 10 days. Update: never came out to service or clean the porta potty. Had the unit removed after no service in 3 weeks. Yuck!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everything seemed to be on track considering they reached out to me about a week earlier to tell me that the two stall trailer I wanted was unavailable but they had a three stall they could rent to at no extra charge but a couple hundred for delivery. Got my email the night before they were supposed to arrive that they were coming and nothing. From that day I was calling asking for an update on the ETA and all they could do was pass on a message to the hauler or whoever they claimed they had to reach. Day of my event arrives and still no information. At one point I had my cousin and sister calling them and then they finally say something about a department being closed on weekends and that there’s pretty much nothing they can do. Luckily I ended up finding something last minute and still never heard from this Godforsaken place of what happened to my order. But come Monday morning, they had the gaul to charge me. All this messaging they were doing, they couldn’t figure out I never got the service? NEVER AGAIN

Ibooked two flushable toilets and a wash station for an engagement party and the company confirmed the availability. I rang them a few days before the party to check in with them re arrival times etc. I was informed that they had cancelled our order a month prior. They informed me that they had sent an email which they admitted was bounced back due to them spelling “gmail” incorrectly. They made absolutely no further effort to contact me regarding the cancellation despite the fact they had my telephone number. Had I not called ASAP to confirm arrival times etc. I would have been unaware of the cancellation. When I was apprised of the situation by the customer service representative I asked to be called by someone with higher authority to discuss this appallingly unprofessional service and to-date, ten days later, I have yet to hear from anyone. I would not recommend using this company. They obviously do not care about their customers and have shown themselves to be completely unreliable
