Bill, I'm sorry to hear your having an issue with your toilet rental. I see that you placed a rental with us in March 2022 and elected to have it pre-removed on 4/29/2022. It is on schedule to be removed as your organization indicated. I'll be happy to speak with you in person as I'm unfamiliar with Nexus, but this rental was for the unit on Pine Street.
