I am again updating my review. I have received notification that my credit card is to be refunded, and that my account is now cloaed. It is indeed unfortunate that these billing issues occurred. They did not need to happen as there are procedural changes that would eliminate these things. HOWEVER, I DO APPRECIATE THE FOLLOW THRU By YALDA TO CORRECT MY ACCOUNT. THANK YOU! I sent all the information for my order through email but ended up having to give it over the phone again anyhow. But they are pretty decently priced and friendly

Arwood is very easy to deal with when it comes to getting a container placed in a timely and easy manner. The only complaint I have would be with the billing dept. They call me or my boss about 2-3 days after the dumpster is pulled and tell us we have a past due invoice every time. Other than that, it's nice working with them.
