Unfortunately, it took some ‘pressuring’ to get it done but Eric was finally able to get everything straightened out….KUDOS to Eric!!

The service over the phone to set up service was good but it was not from a local provider. The phone agent gave me a price and date for drop off. Later that day I received a call from the local facility and they told me it would be delivered 2 days later than what I was told at first and they also said I had to pay over $100 more for cleaning which I thought was part of the initial rental. Other than those issues the unit was delivered and set where it was needed.

I like that we get serviced twice a week, but I would like them to add more of the blue fluid at the bottom. A day after a service, the bathroom started smelling bad and it's just 3 of us using it, no contractors.

I placed the order online but I have not heard any more regarding the order for the portapotties. I hope that I hear before our event. It was nice to be able to do this online and get things set up.

I was very satisfied with your service with one exception. The port-a-jon was delivered on Thurs. not Fri. like I requested. It was only by pure chance that I was there when it was delivered. If I hadn't been, it would have sat at the end of the road, unlocked, for anyone to use for 24 hrs. That is unacceptable! Keep in mind, I live an hrs. drive away from there.

You did great. But I was told that I had to be here when you came. But no one call to tell me what day you where coming.
