When placement was at barn not house as explicitly described, they came and corrected.Thank you. However there are HUGE ruts remaining in yard and driveway.

I receive the potty the last minute of the delivery schedule. I did not receive hand santizer that was ordered.

I would have preferably dealt with ASAP directly, but the dumpster was delivered by a different disposal company. Customer service was good handling the grievances I had.

We have 3 units on rent from ASAP and we have been having difficulty with consistent cleaning service and maintenance of the unit. I like the fact that when I have called for service, they are able to call me back when an agent becomes available and there is an email generated when a service request is made. It seems like our biggest issue has been the drivers and how thoroughly they clean and service the units.

The services was fine except the placement of the potty. I had to pay someone to place it in the rear. For privacy reasons and to keep it safe.... E. King

Emma, I appreciate your feedback. We were unable to drop the unit in the rear as our trucks will get suck in the rear yards being over 5 tons. So the unit was placed on a hard surface where the truck could reach. Sincerely, Team ASAP

I have had 3 units on my project which were delivered weeks after the date that was scheduled. One unit has not been cleaned since 07.01.22. All of the units were supposed to have hand cleaner and they did not. I have reached out multiple times to get the issues resolved and noting has come out of it.

Afternoon, The rental quote included delivery freight for 50 miles as included in the base rental quote. Due to the location the delivery freight was much higher and we issued a formal order change to discuss this with you in which it was approved via your phone call back to the office. I requested and paid for expedited delivery and it was not delivered in the 24 hour window. It was delivered in 48 hours. Please refund the 75 dollar rush service fee please.

Barry, I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a 5-star experience. My apologies for any frustration or misunderstanding with your order. I see your online order form submission was omitting a product selection. On your online order cart only a rush fee was selected. I see that we got that situated and a product added to that reservation and out for delivery. That rush fee is only applicable if we can delivery on that delivery window specified. The amount rush fee was not invoiced to you in that respect. You can view all your rental documents online 24/7 via our customer portal or I'll be happy to go over the quote to the invocied amount in person or on the phone. 904-751-2177 is our customer support line.
