I ordenes a flush toilet and I got a regular portable toilet looks old and bad for a crazy price I pay for something I no get bad company bad service I try give -5 start because was very bad but the lest I can give is 1 but was under 0

Just bad service talk to someone gave us a price call back the next day said the price had to increase by $100 just bad service won’t use you again

Did not deliver to correct address and my refund hadn’t been issued

absolutely shady. Called 3 times to go over pricing and details. was told it was a 1-2 day turnaround with the same pricing confirmed. ordered it for delivery within 1-2 days with pricing confirmed. was called on delivery day and told last minute that there was an increase in pricing and it would need to be paid immediately in order for it to be delivered. also they changed the delivery date last minute as well for an additional 3 days out!! NEVER ONCE was told they were a brokerage and that pricing and delivery dates could change! how can you run a business like that? BE HONEST! Tell me up front so at least I don't feel like its a shake down! I had no choice but to cancel. they would not cover the additional costs and didn't care at all what they did. They KNOW this happens yet don't tell you until you are over a barrel and backed into a corner without another choice! SHADY RESPONSE: After being told it would be delivered Friday if not then Monday.... I was specifically told on the last minute phone call Friday evening that after the significant price increase of $130 the delivery would be THURSDAY next week. Was never told we could still get the tank on the original date. I was refunded. thank you. UPDATE: since ASAP called so late Friday, it was after 4pm when I got off the phone. I now had to frantically reach out to other places and hope they answer. most places were now closed. Blu Site Solutions answered, got me in touch with a Deltona salesrep! He said he was out of the office already but gave me his email so I could immediately send him all my info. We ordered the tank Monday and it was delivered Tuesday. $100 less than ASAP's original pricing!! No pricing changes, no last minute delivery change.

Be very careful! This is a broker who sells you the service, submits it to a fulfillment company who dispatches to a local "hauler" (aka provider). Prices can and will change. My potty was paid in full and scheduled for delivery. At 2:00 in the afternoon on the day they were to deliver, I was contacted & told I needed to pay an additional $181 for 2x a week servicing (which I did not need)! None of the information was communicated to me at the time scheduled my equipment rental. Look elsewhere. It's a ripoff and misleading! Total cost for a 28 day rental of one potty would have been almost $600!

First off I tried to change my order from 2 portable toilets to 1 portable toilet well before the 5 day cutoff, I have the email ticket from ASAP requesting that change. The request was never acknowledged. Next my order was supposed to be from 10/14-10/17 and the portable toilets did not arrive until 10/16. We did not have bathrooms for 2 days on my wedding camping trip. JC assisted me with customer service and mentioned we would receive a full refund and because of that claim I accepted the portable units when they arrived late Saturday (10/16) afternoon. Apparently the call where JC said we would receive a full refund was either not recorded, destroyed, or ignored. They still brought out 2 units instead of the change to 1. At the time I was unaware that if I accepted them ASAP would use that against me and claim that since I accepted then I would no longer receive the refund. Unreliable and untrustworthy, this company is corrupt.

If you don't know what size dumpster you need, do not depend on them to know the size. They have absolutely no clue and this company is over charging. Call someone else before getting any dumpster from them.

The unit I ordered never came. I need a full refund immediately. Very dissatisfied.
