Eric, Your Order PTR220705 was for a sink station that could not be placed due to freezing temps still in the area. We sent a formal E-mail, and on 3/17 your organization spoke to an agent in this regards and decided to proceed with just the (2) toilet product which is change order #1152019. All contacts for the order were directed to Keenan per the order entry. This is all that has been billed to Rock Gap Construction. The sink unit was refunded in full on 3/17. I re-sent the credit card receipt to your attention and the revised invocie showing just the (2) toilet units as INV-0000252297. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Bruce & Mike, On 3/23 our system e-mailed you a copy of the invoice and receipt, and my associate also e-mailed it to you directly on 3/29 at 9:56am. Carson Wade, I do apologize for the miss communication regarding the daily rental fee. As you spoke to our customer servcie representative late yesterday in that she reviewed the rental calls and has put two credits on your account so that no demurrage is charged to your rental. These credits were issued this morning behind the daily billing effectively wiping out the demurrage invoices INV-252578 & 253380. You can see real time account information via our customer portal 24/7. The unit is on removal today as requested which will close out the rental. Sincerely, Team ASAP

John H, I only show the one inquiry for RO221149 dated 3/21, which due to the rising fuel prices nationwide and the landfill tonnage rates we offered an alternative. We could not fulfill the original order scope, and give you our customer the right to cancel with a formal order change (#1157463) for your case. Evening Hillary, I apologize for the inconvenience. When we went to match the equipment to the reservation it was discovered that no tanks are available at this time. Fredy, I appreciate your feedback about your rental experience. I do see your order with a 2/4 pre-removal date per operations. I will look into the details regarding the delay and find out why and bring that to your attention as this is the first of the delay being reported. The $75 is the final removal fee as stated on your online order "A removal fee of $75 will apply once the unit is ready to be removed. A second invoice will be sent after the unit is removed and disposal is complete which will contain the removal fee and any applicable overage fees." Respectfully, Team ASAP
