Worst experience ever. When I ordered a rolloff I needed it for a 3 month project. They picked up the dumpster once on the second week to empty it and they brough it back then on week 4 they picked up the rolloff and never brought it back. Then I had to call them to get a new rolloff and they charged me again for a whole new order. They then bring me out another rolloff and then they picked it up in 6 days and did not return it. So in 30 days I paid over $1,200 for a roll off. I ordered another rolloff from another company and am now paying $480 a month. ASAP is a rip off and a fraudulent company. To address your response.... Please post the notes on the account for everyone to see. You will see on the notes in your system that this was called in for a 3 month project not for the pickup days/dates that you reported and claim "as ordered". Onces again. ASAP customer service is a joke and so is their service. Complete rip off.

Worst experience. After 10 days I still didn’t receive what I requested and it was delivered to different location.

They never told me that they were a brokerage firm! Then they charged me $ 25 for gas and they are in Florida, and then they charged me $ 880 to rent from a company here in Wisconsin, which I thought they were from Wisconsin. The owner from the company that they got to bring a container to me doesn’t even get the extra $ 25 for gas! Then this company said anything over a certain amount they would charge me $75! How the hell would they know! I talked to the owner of the container and he said he don’t charge! So I would never recommend these people! Total ripe off!! To your reply, other wise you would Nit drop off the container! And the owner of the container stated to me he never received the $75 for the pick up!! Or for the overage!! You people lie!! I got. 2nd container from the owner and Never been charged all these charges that you charge!! He charges one flat small fee!! And he stated that he will go to court and testify for me if I decide to sue! He said that he don’t charge the $25 or the $75 or that extra crap you add on!! And on my 2nd container that I got from him, it cost me$560! Not $880 plus $25 plus $75 and all this extra charges!

Horrible experience. Please avoid at all costs. Upcharge 2 fold from what local guy charges and they use the local guy. A call center exploiting the working man. BTW it might be worth it if the call center at least had good service but always on hold, always a person who speaks poor english, impossible to get a sales agents number to avoid the automated call center.

Absolutely horrible experience, ordered for a Monday drop off they said they couldn’t do that they could do it Tuesday I said okay I need it by Tuesday here is Tuesday got another charge on my card so I got on the phone they said the first charge was a deposit and they did an actual charge today, then billing called me and said no we don’t do deposits we do a hold and that will be reversed today we charge on the day of service. Okay so still double charged so I’m waiting and calling all day about my dumpster was told if you don’t see it by 3 call back and we will get an eta I call at 4 and they say oh no one got ahold of you? We can’t deliver it today we need to do it tomorrow someone was supposed to call and get your authorization. No one called me no one told me and if I didn’t call id still be sitting at that house waiting on a dumpster that was never going to show up. So with or without your authorization they will still push you out. I was told support was supposed to reach out, but they didn’t and they were gone for the day and I would have to resolve this tomorrow. I just had to cancel and ask for my Money back

CALLED HAYWOOD ROLLOFF WAS REROUTED TO ASAP. THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING FROM HAYWOOD. WAS CHARGED TWICE THE AMOUNT FOR A ROLLOFF. BEWARE

This is THE WORST SERVICE! 1st, we ordered a portable toilet in late February early March, was told next day service. Then was called back and told 2 weeks from delivery. Delivery was SUPPOSED to be March 17th between 7:00 am through 7:00 pm. We started calling at 8:00 am, was told it was coming. Several calls through the day, always told it was coming THAT DAY. At 5:00 pm, we called and was told, "give us an hour and we'll call you back". Never got the call, so called again at 6:30pm. Found out they were closed. So we wasted 12 hours of our day for NOTHING! FINALLY it showed up on the 18th! It was SUPPOSED to get serviced once a week. It's now April 11, no one has been here yet to service it. A few days ago, I got a call offering me a credit for the 1st month. TODAY I got a call that I was 2 months behind on my bill? I called them back and told them to pick it up! He didn't acknowledge my credit, assuming the baby crying in the background had him distracted. I just called to speak with a manager, obviously there was none available, so now I'm waiting for a manager call back!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE! I WILL WARN THIS WHOLE AREA ABOUT THEIR SERVICE!!!!!

They didn’t deliver on time. I called the company and they didn’t seemed like they cared about fulfilling their obligations on time.
