I haven't heard anything after filling paper work out, and credit card info. Wasn't sure if it was received !!!!!!

Ordered a dumpster for Friday and Saturday night now and no dumpster and no update or anything. Called and got a recording. This has really thrown a wrench into everything. I'm listing my house for sale in a matter of days and I have debris all over the house and garage with nowhere to put it now. And it's probably too late to order another dumpster in time from somewhere else. I better be getting a refund for this horrible service. I'm so beyond angry right now. Update JUNE 8th: it's now Wednesday and still no dumpster and no courtesy call even after being assured there would be one on "Tuesday at the latest". Tried calling to get a refund and was told that I may not be eligible for a refund. This is beyond stupid. My house listing will probably be delayed now just because of this lousy dumpster company. I'm furious. June 17 update: finally got dumpster and new drama almost a week late. Dumpster was supposed to be picked up yesterday and it's still sitting here affecting my ability to list my house. I'm ready to sue this company for hindering my ability to sell my house. They wouldn't even let me cancel even after nearly a week and no dumpster. Nothing is going right with this company. New rate hikes has dropped the value of this house and I wasn't able to sell when i wanted to because of this garbage service that kept promising me it was going to be delivered and now that it will be picked up. I'm guessing it will be a week before they pick it up. I'm strongly considering legal action of some sort. Don't use them if you have a deadline of any sort. Extremely unreliable.

Requested a portable potty for a family function and was quoted two prices. Called back to schedule and was told that price increase by an additional $200. I was then told that I had two options to choose from. Once order was placed they called and said that the one selected was not available. After I asked to cancel the order I received two-three calls after about the order being placed. I was even told that this is a third party so they book the service for other company’s to provide. I am 7 months pregnant and very frustrated by the experience and the fact that this was a need. Any who I will not be referring this company because the customer service was more like oh well here are the options not even trying to make it right!

I got a quote for a 12 ft dumper on their website $519 for 10 day. It wasn't in stock for when I needed so they asked if they could change the order which would be $690 as extra daya were $55 and this size had a 7 day not 10 day base cost. I agreed as it made sense based on what should have been an increased sized and the 519 with 55/day for extra 3 days being a wash. it ended up being 690 just for 7 days. Then at pickup there was an additional 80 dollar fee for pickup. Quotes I got from otherservices around me were in the 540 range which included pick up and drop off and were for 10 days. if I had know my $519 quote would run at $826 dollars for just a 7 day dumpster rental Instead of10 never would have choosen them.

We did not receive our portable toilet unit at the day it was initially scheduled. Many tickets with customer service were created with no solution. I had to spend a lot of time calling them to see the status of our order. I was given several days and times that it would be scheduled but it was not delivered at any of the said dates. Eventually I got it delivered, but after extensive nagging of the company, and it was a week late. Our crew was without a toilet for a week. Bad service.

If you're looking to be constantly gaslit and lied to, this is the company you want. Not only were our portable toilets delivered a day late, they tried to shift the blame on us saying we did not follow up. My call logs show 14+ calls to the company that day which I will happily supply to anyone who wants to verify if I followed up. They then tried to say we only ordered one portable toilet when screenshots I provided showed two were ordered and confirmed. PS - we only received one portable toilet unit though they said the second one was delivered. They then proceed to call me at 6 am on a Monday morning to pick up the dumpster we ordered. 1. It is illegal to call someone at 6 am for a business matter. 2. Their delivery/pick up times are 7-7 but they are trying to blame us for not being ready outside their delivery times. United never delivered our order or refunded us and I would still rather work with them than this company. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience. I ordered a 20 yard dumpster. The day it is supposed to arrive I received an email saying it would be late. I called customer service and it wasn’t just going to be late but 2 days late. And I was supposed to get it for 2 weeks but now I only get it for a week. And I received a 30 dollar discount. Then everyday I would receive an email saying they were removing the dumpster on such date. Then after having the dumpster for 4 days I received an email that stated they were going to pick it up a day early. I run a business and I don’t expect customers to jump through hoops. On this job we remodeled an entire 1200 sq ft basement in a week because we wouldn’t have a dumpster for our garbage if it took any longer. When they picked up the dumpster they did not sweep under the dumpster location. They dropped it after 4pm and picked it up after 4pm.

ASAP did not follow through as promised. My family paid for a porta potty on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. Late Thursday afternoon, we received a message that the porta potty would not be delivered. Unbeknownst to me, this company actually contracts companies out. This was not disclosed up front, but they were quick to charge my card before making sure they delivered on their promise to provide a porta potty.
