Very good and helpful on the phone. But they came one day early (Thursday instead of Friday) and I thought they were going to cal ahead. Also, they ALMOST put it in the right place. They put it next to my shed as requested, but I had asked that it be put on the far side of the shed for increased privacy. This is a private home and I’m expecting a lot of company, I wanted the potty for extra convenience, but I don’t want people walking by on the street to use it! It’s ok where it is because it’s partially hidden. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble— but you asked.

They did call to tell us they could not bring it the date orginally promised but other wise every thing when well.

Other then being a little pricey they work quick, courteous, and there when I needed them.

Still waiting on one to be pick up after we called yesterday so foreman said.

Since first pickup has not yet occurred it is too soon to evaluate pickup service. However, I was a bit confused about projected pickup dates. I was told on the phone that the target date was July 26th, then an email said my preferred start date was July 22nd. The latest email indicated that the start date is now Friday, July 26th. I paid $187.50 for services not yet rendered that I thought was unorthodox for refuge collection. I am optimist that pickup will be accurate and reliable.

Atwood Waste was very professional, they had an unforeseen issue with the Porta potties I had ordered for my sons wedding but they made every effort to make things right. I would definitely use them again for an event.
