Porta-potty was reserved for delivery and confirmed on the internet. Unit not delivered. Called and spoke to company representative and was told they only deliver to a physical address. I was with a group camping in the forest of central Arizona and had provided forest road and latitude/longitude coordinates. If Arwood had not confirmed delivery I would have been able to arrange delivery of a porta potty rental with a different, local company.

I was happy with the weekly services and pick up, but the delivery was extremely annoying. The driver wouldn't listen and kept getting lost on the military base, so a number of us had to drive out and find him. Furthermore, when it came to billing, it was an absolute nightmare. The initial quote was as deceptive as could be. We asked for 3 months of rental, were quoted, and so we chose this vendor as our winning bid. However, the quote was only for 10 days, with added fees for every day past that; something that was not stipulated in the quote, even in the fine writing. Furthermore, when trying to resolve the issue, the billing department kept giving us every excuse under the sun from a fire in the office to the owner being out of town. Eventually what should have been $1,500 turned in to $5,000+ because every employee we spoke to couldn't take the time to explain these simply things so that we could pay and move on. Eventually we denied all payments to this company and threatened legal action. Once they realized they were in the wrong, and a case wouldn't end in their favor, they quickly sent us a correct bill and we went out separate ways. We are a large environmental company that has multiple offices all over the country and we have blacklisted this company and it is my hope you do as well.

These bathrooms are not kept clean and do not get dumped as often as we need.

We had no way of telling how much our actual dumpster weighed and we got billed for practically 2 dumpsters. We felt helpless. In that what we used it for was just junk out of our basement, we didn't expect to spend more than 400$ (the original quote) but ended up paying more like 675$. We didn't think it was a fair deal... we didn't overfill our dumpster and really doubted the weight over amounts they gave us.
