Said they would be there the next day and never showed and never called.

I requested a Porta John on Friday. Delivery was prompt for Monday morning. Monday afternoon I called because it had not arrived. The woman I talked to was irritated with my complaint and told me that delivery was a 12 hour window and that delivery would be by 7 pm That evening. Tuesday mid-morning, no delivery. I called and cancelled the order that Tuesday morning. For over a week up to time of this writing, I continue to get emails about the order even though it has been cancelled. Poor service. Very unprofessional bordering on incompetent.

Two people acknowledged they serviced the area that we needed a portable restroom, and they took my payment over the phone and scheduled a delivery to take place two days later. On the day of delivery, I received an email saying they were "overbooked" and could not make the delivery that day. I then called to find out when the soonest they could deliver a unit and was told that they actually don't service that area. It was just an automated email saying they were overbooked, but really they couldn't meet our needs at all. They should have determined this from day one so that I had an opportunity to promptly find another company. Now we have a bigger delay in getting a portable restroom out to our construction crew since I now need to find another company and may have to wait another few days for delivery from them.

While the actual trash service was fine, communication was almost non-existent. Several times when I called I would not get anyone to answer. Email communication was poor as well. I had our account set up to "autopay" but later found out that I still had to call in to authorize the payment. I only found this out after they sent "service disconnect" emails, which I attempted to respond to with no success. In general a very difficult company to work with; they are on our "DO NOT USE" list!

I contacted arwood waste when I moved to my new home. I was assured that they provided weekly trash pick up in my neighborhood, both via a phone conversation and email. I signed up and was told that the local contractor would contact me within the week to tell me when service would start. Two weeks went by and I contacted arwoood waste again. I was then told that arwood waste does not, in fact, serve my neighborhood for trash pick up. Would not work with them again due to poor communication structure on their end.

This company is the perfect example of a ‘for-profit’ organisation with the focus solely on ‘profit’, as opposed to for-profit organisations that have the primary focus on the needs of their customers, quality service and after care. Arwood Waste was simply void of any of those positive traits, and I naturally expect that they won’t stay in business very long. After failing miserably to arrange a dumpster to be delivered at the correct time to the correct address, it became apparent very quickly they had no real competence of any kind, especially communication. Overall, my experience with them was so comical I was left wondering just how they’re even IN business. We did however get things arranged and delivered in the end and I paid them for their service and all was said and done. I would recommend looking at alternative companies before committing to this shoddy set up.

Not happy with this company at all. The dumpster was delivered on time in the spot I wanted it to be placed. That was the best part of the service. I called on the day I was required to call to have the dumpster picked up and then no one came to get it. They didn't even seem to know what I was talking about when I called. Then no one came. I called several times. By the time they came to get it neighbors had added things and completely filled a half full dumpster. I was told this was my fault. I had sold the property and trusted they would pick it up and this was my fault. I could go on and on it doesn't end there. I was threatened and treated horribly. BEWARE!!! I've never been treated so horribly by a company in my life.

Had several issues with billing and pickup
