Afternoon, I apologize that you are not satisfied with your experience but wanted to clear up your rental experience with a couple of details. I see the order on July 6th and a formal order change about the availability that we do not offer the discount tonnage concrete rate in your service area. We offered the standard dumpster at the outlined price structure for both units and stated our earliest delivery would be 7/14. From that you e-mailed us acceptance. On Monday (7/11) you called to cancel the order, which was processed per the cancel policy at 50% for both dumpster units. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Lindsey, I appreciate your review. For this location we used a third party that stated they made the delivery. Due to that 3rd party involvement it took longer to process the claim. It was determined that the driver delivered to the wrong address and thus the rental was processed out as a full refund on 7/20. My apologies for this oversight with the driver error on making the delivery to the wrong address. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Tam Ho, Again my apologies for the product mix as delivered. I see an internal error on delivery supply of 3 of the 6 flushable units. Our operations delivered the 3 flushable and the other 3 standards with built in sink in a last minute decision to ensure your event had appropriate unit count. We had an opportunity to communicate this error to you better. We have refunded you the price difference without question. Again our sincerest apologies, Team ASAP

David, My apologies for the operational miss-step on the rental. Our driver removed the unit instead of rendering the weekly cleaning service this week after the holiday. We of course will discount you and refund you balance. I will personally e-mail you the refund receipt. Again our apologies in this regard, Team ASAP

Kieri-Ann & Jason, I appreciate your feedback review. The sales agent went over our pricing and how the base rental includes 10 rental free days, and our price includes 4.0 tons of waste. Other competitors charge for these items and it's important to compare quotes in this regard as roll off dumpsters have variable cost and each business has a different pricing model in what fees are included with that base rental. You spoke to me personally on the unit size dimensions as calculated, but only were charged for the 40 yard size per your measurements at 22ft long, 92" wide and 7ft tall sides (1180.6 cubic ft = 43.7 yards) Our cancel policy is also stated up-front before order and is listed on the order receipt. Your order was cash on delivery terms, so the card was charged upon the order placement. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Nestor, I apologize for the activity dates. Per the order scope we have a max of 7-day rental period for this area on the roll off dumpsters. We were ahead of schedule on 6/2 which we turned that driver around, and per your order date change on that afternoon due to the weather forecast it was to be be changed to a 6/9 delivery. I apologize for any tardy delivery that was unrecorded, but the order was slated for 6/9 delivery and 6/16 removal. I show that removal completed on 6/16. We are refunding you those items due to the delivery scope and rental agreement as outlined to your quote and price. Sincerely, Team ASAP
