Thank you for making my experience a great one.
I had contacted another waste company that never called me back. I called Arwood, Bria walked me through the many questions I had. This was such a pleasant experience, I thought it was to good to be true! Unfortunately, with all the rain in our area the Wedding venue had to be changed as the property is 6 inches under water. So I called two different numbers, my calls were returned by Marissa who cancelled my order then I got a call from Danielle. Danielle was able to put my mind to rest with a question that came up after I spoke with Marissa. The entire process from start to cancellation was so easy, not to mention that I got a human each time or called back within an hour! You just don't get service like this anymore. Arwood you are only as good as your employees and you have a great company and great employees! I will be using your Company again and recommending you to others. Thank you for making my experience a great one.
