They were fast and courteous

Expensive but the customer service is stupendous and much appreciated.

Arwood did an excellent job of pumping out the porta potty on our RV. The driver was courteous and helpful. The missing star is because they showed up a day late. There appears to be little communication between the Sales office that takes your order and Dispatch which carries it out.

Dumpster arrived on time and at the location provided. Exactly what we needed.

I rated 4 stars and not 5 because of the time of delivery. I would have liked to be the following day instead of 2 days and also to give customer a shorter time frame for delivery (Instead of anytime between 7am to 7pm, a 4 hour frame.

My porta potty was delivered a day early, so that was pretty cool. It is a wonderful unit. I am lucky to have one during the winter. The only reason they lost a star from me is because of their website. The online ordering process is easy, but it doesn't seem to be geared toward different usages. I have mine so I can use the bathroom until I get my well dug, but they assumed I was a business. I definitely recommend calling the company for your order.

The booking process was quick and easy, although prices had gone up from when I had contacted the company a month ago. When asked where the toilet would be placed, I provided a general description, not knowing that this description was intended to actually be used by the crew to place the toilet without any guidance from me. I watched for the delivery, but did not see them come and the toilet ended up next to our front gate.....not exactly what I had in mind. When I called Arwood to see about getting it moved to the intended location, the dispatcher was very polite and helpful, and the crew came and moved the toilet within the hour.

Great customer service, toilet was on time, weekly cleaning service is done on time as well :-)
