One of the major problems I have experienced is not being able to get ahold of a live person on the phone I've been on hold numerous times for over 20 minutes requested the dumpster to be picked up 10 days ago it has still not been picked up spoke to someone yesterday they could not even find that I had rented this dumpster In the meantime the city is citing me

Very disappointed in there service.

I called multiple times to cancel service and got no return phone calls to confirm the cancellation requests, each time I called in requesting confirmation over a 2.5 week period. Upon my 4th call, I finally got a call back and only when I spoke to alive person was my request finally processed for cancellation. I have paid a bit more than $1,500.00 in rental fees to date which I can only assume will cost me even more due to the lack of responsiveness regarding cancellation.

Bekah helped me place my order and was very helpful, looking forward to our event and hoping delivery goes as smoothly. ——————- Two months after placing our order and receiving confirmation I get contacted about a $600 price increase. “Associated with the freighting of the unit”. After a week waiting to hear back I find out it was for the additional mileage over the first 50 as per the contract. That would have been understandable had it not been known from the start the location the unit was to be delivered. Instead they wait 2 months - half way to our event to inform us of this. If they weren’t able to calculate the mileage and therefore the transportation costs immediately, all it would have taken was some communication up front and this headache could have been avoided. We found alternative arrangements, but if you take a chance with them make sure you know what your really going to be paying.

I requested curbside service information via the website. I was then told I could purchase online, so I did. I received a receipt and information that my account would be charged when the bin was delivered. I called to confirm and was told the local affiliate would respond within 5 business days. No contact. I emailed to check after 2 weeks. No contact. I finally called and was told they emailed me that they couldn't provide service in my area. I don't have any email contact from them after the receipt. No attempts to help me or make sure that I was aware of their failure. I cannot recommend them to others.

The gentleman (yes, one man) who came to pick up our construction debris was very kind, but I cannot believe they sent one person to do the job. One person meant he was completely worn out 4 hours later when finishing, and that there was not someone in the truck figuring out how to fit more in while someone was on the ground. I payed for a full truck but don't feel like I got a full truck load because of this.

Well, we received confirmation emails and were told that everything was set and ready to go. Then, today, we received multiple correspondences telling us that they overbooked and that they don't service the area where we requested service. So, I can't tell you about the AW service or products. All I know is that we don't have the equipment that we need. Of 11 different waste companies only AW returned my call or email The customer service people were courteous and helpful. SO far my experience has been positive. I would give it 5 stars except we have not received or used the equipment, yet.
