We ordered a certain item and were called later by the third party delivering it saying it was unavailable. I was told I could cancel my order or pay more to get an equivalent service. Asap did nothing to remedy the situation or make good. On the day before the event the wrong item was delivered so they had to leave and come back with the right one which was in marginal equipment. They also spilled several Gallo s of blue chemicals on the driveway.

This company literally the worst. I had placed an order for a portible toliet, handwashing station and a few extras for my wedding in Late October. A week later they call me and send an email stating they will not know availability until we are closer to my event date. My order is for a wedding, I needed a hard confirmation the items I ordered would be available and delivered on time. When I called them back, they still refused to give me a hard confirmation, even after I explained this order was for a wedding and I couldn't be uncertain my order would be delivered or not. If your company has restrictions on what dates it can or cannot guarantee delivery, then it should not have allowed me to choose any dates you cannot guarantee delivery, that's ridiculous. This was one of *the worst* customer service experiences I've experienced in a very long time.

Staff drove on my lawn to pick up porta potty when I specifically stated not to. Very unprofessional.

Customers beware they are not located in your area they are a broker and charge more then if you deal directly I called them because it said they were in down town Boscawen NH If I could give a negative star I would they promised me delivery for this Saturday for a Charity Ride told me all about the cancelation fee if I cancelled. Yet they could not fulfill my request took my money before they could confirm anyone having stock to service.

Wish I could give a 0. Do not use this company. After getting a run around for a few days because their “system was down” I was finally able to obtain a quote from them. They confirm MULTIPLE times that they had portapottys for our area. Once we got the quote the price was over $1000 for 2 basic portapottys but we were in a crunch so booked it. 1 day before scheduled delivery they emailed (didn’t even have the courtesy to call) to say that they are unable to service our area. Horrible horrible customer service. Do NOT book with them. Continued 4 days later… I have messages ASAP and have not heard back from them regarding this situation. Such a horrible company.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with ASAP Site Services. I scheduled the portajohns in January 2022, check again a few months later and then just to be safe, the week before to make sure the order was still scheduled for delivery on Friday 7/15, which I was told it was. Our Celebration of Life event was the next day at 11 am. On that Friday I called around noon to get an idea of when it might be delivered. The rep couldn't say but assured me they were coming. I asked them to call the drivers to get an ETA. At 4:45 pm having not heard from them, I called again and they said they weren't able to reach the drivers but the window of delivery was from 7am - 7pm. Seeing that I was getting nowhere, I secured the needed equipment somewhere else and canceled my original order. Even then I got push back and was told I might not get a full refund. VERY FRUSTRATING, especially since they left me high and dry on a weekend with no toilets for 150 people! Thank goodness for the great people at A-1 Portajohns.

Needed a porta Jon for a memorial service. Choose this company because I could order online, where I also requested a certificate of insurance with endorsement page. I also sent very detailed instructions on the city's requirements for this, however it took many emails and call, and 11 days later I received it but not until after my event had already passed. Because of them nor getting this to me in time, The City did NOT issue my permit for my event which ended up making the most stressful day of my life even more stressful. Furthermore, I got zero support on how to unlock the paddle lock on the toilet and I did not figure out how to get it opened until after my event was over. When I called and emailed they had no customer support to help me. I am also not sure how the cost for one porta Jon, which was advertised online as "The Lowest Prices Available" ended up being $590.00 out of my pocket for a 4 hour event. The initial base amount was $344.00 with delivery. Then they emailed later emailed and added another $151.00 for Gas increase after I was already committed and running out of time to get set up for my event. BAIT AND HOOK! Then charging me an additional $75.00 days before my event for their proof of insurance endoresment page that shouldn't cost anything for the agent/broker to provide. This was my absolute worst nightmare, and while planning a Memorial Service, just made it that much worse! *Update - I was refunded partially and they took full responsiblity for the issues that happened.

Don't ever try to call anyone. They never answer and do not return phone calls. Service to sites is as bad as their customer service. Save yourself a lot of frusturation, do not use.
