I called on Friday requesting 2 portable toilets delivered Monday morning by 8am. I called on Monday asking why they hadn't been delivered yet and was told that the only promise they could make was that it would be delivered by 7pm that day. If I had been told that, I would have asked for delivery on Sunday. Afterwards, while waiting for an ETA, I received an email saying my delivery could not be made until the following day. This was not acceptable since I had a full crew of men working all day and would need somewhere to go. So I requested to cancel the order & found someone else. When I called back asking for a confirmation on the cancelation, my order couldn't even be found because it was under the wrong information and had not been canceled. However, I will say that everyone was very kind, polite, cooperative. I may try again another time with the knowledge that delivery is anywhere between 7am & 7pm so I can plan ahead for any delays.

The office staff don't know what's going on and supervisor don't return your calls. I called for a month and another month and still waiting on a return call for my situation.

Pour communication. Picked up my toilet one week early from the job site. Charged me for the full rental period, rather than refunding me for the time that service was not provided.

The portable toilet wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to.The call never came to let me know when they where coming to discuss where the toilet was going to be put

You're a good company and your bins are always clean upon drop off but the billing issues need to get figured out. For example... I paid my April bill and wasn't suppose to get billed for May till the end of the month of May but I was charged another $130 a week later (for the month of May) which I was not expecting at all.. I am not made of money. But, on a positive note, when I first ordered my dumpster bin, I was charged for the delivery fee, etc. ofcourse, but was charged again a couple days later which I brought up and it was worked out where I wasn't getting charged twice.
